Baymont Inn & Suites Richmond

It was a good value. Might be worth more if a bit more was done with the location.

I'm not sure 1 elliptical and 1 treadmill makes a fitness center. Because of my hip I really need a bike. Could probably upgrade the breakfast as well.

quiet. staff were nice. clean and everything worked properly.

not sure if they have a designated area for placement for dogs but it made some nights restless with 2 dogs directly across from me and my dog. only for 2 nights so it wasn’t terrible just annoying.

Great breakfast....eggs, sausage, variety of bread/bakery/pancakes. Also had yogurt and fresh fruit. Good location to Lake Geneva activities, tours, shopping and restaurants

The hotel accommodates dogs and we had one on our floor that barked very time someone walked past their room. Fortunately, they put the dog in their vehicle for the remainder of the night after many complaints

Sadly did not get extra free night since I did not book thru them. They food was really good. Loved the pancake machine. Staff was pleasant and great. Halls were always clear and clean.

RT 12 has bad traffic and very hard to make a Left turn. That is only major problem I could find. They do allow dogs but sadly one by my room barked a lot but it did not bother us much!

beds were clean and comfortable, room was clean and so was the bathroom. pretty quiet around the hotel and we weren’t disturbed at all during our stay. price was fair for a holiday weekend.

The receptionist did everything she could to accommodate our whole group. Our rooms were close together, and one of us brought a dog, and there was no problems at all. Breakfast was great too!

My only complaint is that there wasn't any juice option at breakfast.

Clean rooms, nice beds.

A lot of dust and cobwebs in the room, nothing too bad but certainly noticeable. Also, thin walls lead to being disturbed by other guests at the hotel. Although, the front desk promptly handled unruly guests.

Checked in around 945 and the front desk girl was super friendly, had good conversations with her. Room was very clean, had a nice mini fridge and microwave. You could tell everything had been cleaned and smelled nice. Just a few miles from twin lakes, easy trek, which is where we were headed.

Pillows were kinda bad but not horrible.

Good amount of choices. Pancake machine was a little on the less than expected side for working purposes but the staff assisted right away to fix it. They were successful and willing to help.

There’s could have been more pillows on the bed. Everything else was satisfactory.

The room was very clean, beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. The breakfast/coffee was a great bonus. Thank you.
