Hampton Inn - Burlington

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. They made the experience with myself and my four kids perfect. The breakfast was bountiful with different options. My kids loved the waffles the most. The staff accommodated for us when we had an issue with the a/c in our room. They have washer and dryer on site which helps if you're staying there for a few days and you need to wash some clothes.

I can honestly say I don't have any complaints about this place. Even the train track next to the hotel wasn't a problem.

Tami at the front desk was very helpful with adjusting our payment info. She was also able to switch us to a room on the top floor for our multi-night stay ... so it was nice and quiet. Nice shower. Nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Room space was good for the three of us. Appliances worked well and were in good condition. Appreciated to soap dish by the sink.

Very short "didn't like" list. Found one caster/wheel on the desk chair broken ... let Tami at the front desk know and she made a note for someone to address it. The other item was that when the hvac fan spun down to a stop, it would create a squeaky sound similar to a creaky door closing. We turned the fan setting from Auto to Low (so it was always on).

Everything is a little different because of Covid. No one to clean rooms everyday but things dropped off outside the room when necessary. Love that the pool and hot tub were open. Just moved here and with all the moving, the hot tub was essential. Right in the middle of town and a train runs right by the pool side!wish we could get have had breakfast downstairs but they are doing the best they can by serving you and letting you take a tray to the room.

Everything was fine, no complaints, believe we may be the only guests on our floor. They put a taped closure on each room after it is cleaned which is an awesome idea. We ordered out a few times amd they let them come up to the room, they don’t come in but we did not have to go to the lobby!

Third year in a row staying at this location and I have no complaints. Staff was great and they ensured we were happy.

Nothing I can complain about. Even the train next to the hotel wasn't a problem.

Location

Rooms need a little deep cleaning, dusting etc. Lamp hadn’t been dusted in awhile, night stand had some unknown substance on it.

Breakfast was the best I have had at a motel, options were many and quality and quantity was great. Well done.

Train coming thru town, but it was still a wonderful stay

The first shift desk clerk was amazing. She was very nice and informative. The hotel was clean and the coffee in the lobby stayed hot.

We couldn’t seem to cool off our hotel room for sleeping.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and helpful making our stay very enjoyable

The room did not have a mini fridge or microwave

Location was exceptional. There is a train close by. The breakfast had a wonderful selection.

More outside seating off the pool area.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient to exploring downtown Burlington. The room was clean and well equipped with the conveniences I expect. The hot breakfast was very good.

There was a loose tile in the shower and the bedside lamp had a tear in the shade.
