Geneva National Resort

The size and design of the king-size room were amazing! The fireplace was indeed a beautiful bonus feature. The bathroom was first class for sure, especially the open space and warm spacious shower. The onsite restaurant (snow globes) was indeed a couple favorite. 😍

Lack of on-site amenities. We had to travel to the sister hotel to enjoy common 4-star resort amenities, i.e., the pool, hot tub, steam room, lobby games, and cafés. Nonetheless, our location was peaceful and calm. The lack of activities could have definitely been due to the time of year that our stay took place because the ice castles had just started to melt, and the ice rink was down so no skating or skiing :(

Geneva National is a beautiful resort. Lovely views. Also, very peaceful and quiet.

This was my first time ever visiting Lake Geneva. Sad to say, I will never visit here again. I have never experienced such rudeness and racism in my life. It was not the staff, but other guests that were very rude and racists. It made us so uncomfortable we didn’t want to come out of our suite.

Quiet and clean in a beautiful setting overlooking golf course. Spacious room with covered patio with comfortable outdoor seating for 2. Air conditioning worked well. Responsive, cordial staff. Secure, gated grounds. Nice walk-in shower. Blackout curtains. Easy check-in and check-out. Accommodated with a later checkout upon request. Easy communication with staff via text messages. Felt very welcome and would definitely visit again.

Missed having sink and microwave at the bar with refrigerator. Screen door to patio kept sticking, hard to open and close. Furniture (coffee table, side table, swivel side chair) heavy and hard to move to adjust seating for watching tv in sitting area. Decor a bit too much gray and black for my taste but seemed recently updated and very clean.

Very clean and beautifully updated rooms. Large suite with large flat screen TVs in the sitting room and the sleeping area, large bathrooms with double sinks and a private bathroom, located on Geneva National’s lovely property. The staff were amazing, responsive and helpful. The courses were superb notwithstanding the fact that we haven’t had much rain. A+++ I will definitely be back!

There was nothing to complain about!

The property was gorgeous and the staff was incredible. The welcome cocktails were amazing to walk into as well! The only down side was the condo didn’t have a clock which we thought was a little weird. Overall it was located in a prime location and and the condo was high end. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and plan to return!

Beautiful and roomy suite to stay in. It was very clean.

The beds are on a platform that exceeds the mattress by about 12” all around. That’s awkward. Getting to the suite was a long walk and down a hill. That was strange. Staff accommodated us with a golf cart to get back and forth to our truck. So that was nice.

Geneva National is located in a beautiful area of Wisconsin. The downtown has many nice shops and the boat tour was great. The golf courses were in very nice shape.

The Villas were lacking a few amenities. There was no dresser or stand for a suitcase. A microwave oven would have been nice.

No breakfast

We didn’t Appreciate not having Someone to pick up garbage. The patio was dirty corners filled with leaves. I didn’t know the pool was a mile away. We went to the club to have barbecue the barbecue sandwich was delicious! The mac & cheese had water in the bottom a sprinkle of cheese on top, my fish tocos were dripping water. Kraft would have been better Mac and cheese. Do a job and do it well or not at all. My husband was not pleased there were no dressers

Our room was beautiful and spacious. It was extremely clean and well stocked with wine and snacks and coffee. Check in and check out was very easy.

The only complaint about the room was that the 2 doors in the bathroom were so squeaky and loud they wake people who are sleeping. Also I wished I knew the pool was at their sister facility, and that we would have to drive a mile down the road to use it.

The rooms were huge, clean and comfortable. The bathroom/shower area was almost as big as the room itself. Loved our stay

That the pool, sauna, hot tub were not in walking distance. Everything is pretty spread out. But again the place is beautiful. The staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.
