Hampton Inn Madison East Towne Mall Area

We were in town for a quick overnight trip to Madison, in town to catch our beloved Badgers. We always enjoy staying out in the East Towne area given it's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, thereby a little more economical but also only about a 20 min drive down to the Kohl Center. Love the modernness of the facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms. Have stayed here prior and this will not be the last time we stay here. Staff is always very friendly, and it exceeds all of over expectations...we'll definitely be back.

Breakfast could be kept out a little longer...only ran until 930, but not a major deal.

Clean. Breakfast was hotel breakfast. Basics like cereal, waffle maker, bread, juices, omelets. Etc.

Double charged me. Not fully their fault. Booked through booking.com. Just looked at bank statement and noticed it. Have yet to receive my money back. So instead of $200, I paid $400 in total. I was reassured at the counter when checking in at the property that I wouldn’t be double charged because I had already paid. Just sad that the front desk told me one thing and my bank statement shows another.

This place is amazing! The rooms are nice, but it is the management that is superb. My flights got delayed a day and I was unable to make it to my initial reservation from the 13th-14th. Even though I booked my reservation such that I can't change the reservation dates or refund my reservation, when I called the hotel, they gave me a room from the 14th-15th without charging me a penny extra for my reservation. I am honestly super happy with this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone!

Nothing really

Breakfast was nice, could have used two waffle makers for less waiting. Staff was very nice. Ample parking. Did use the swimming pool or spa, but it looked nice. Nice variety of breakfast items.

The room was smaller than I expected. The bathroom was sort of small, but great shower. COVID 19 rules prevented any maid service, had to get towels, and empty our own garbage.

I needed a quiet place for a virtual conference call before my check in time and the hotel was very accommodating. Room was perfect size for what I needed, close to the mall, door dash was available, and it was nice and quiet.

Accommodated our early check in. Clean. Hot Coffee always available. Beds comfortable. Nice shower.

Hot tub temp was too hot. Set at 104, but we think it needs to be tested, because no one could enjoy it.

Location was great - front desk staff were very helpful. Coffee was really good in the morning! The room was small but very clean and comfortable.

The oatmeal wasn’t hot at breakfast. Other than that there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The room was nice. I liked the walk in shower. Location was good in regards to traveling to Madison and getting around town to my several destinations within the city and suburbs.

Great location. Quiet and clean Good complimentary breakfast. Front desk staff knowledgeable of area.

Rooms are small. Bathroom was ok. Only one sink area slowed our morning prep a bit.

Facility/Room was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

The Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It’s time to move on from the COVID nonsense. The Yogurt and Coffee was fine. The other food options weren’t great.
