Your housekeeping staff deserves praise and appreciation. The rooms were very clean and the hallways , lounge and pool areas “squeaky” clean. Thank you. The front desk staff was helpful when needed and always available. Registration easy. Late checkout okayed when we were running late. Breakfast area clean and neat. Kids loved having waffles and breakfast sandwiches to microwave. Microwave and fridge in room too. Yay! Luggage carts available. Quiet hallways and entryway lounge. Coffee was good and always available. Ice water available. Pool and hot-tub area clean.

Recycling bins available in rooms and pool area. Thank you. Didn’t see bins for cup and paper recycling. Maybe I missed them. No fresh fruit. But that’s understandable.

Location was fine. Breakfast was adequate. Wish there had been something hot besides waffles ( all my other hotels had scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy))

Room was near the supply closet. Lots of morning noise There were 2 of us in the room but we only had one chair and we wanted to play scrabble. We moved the table and one of us sat in the bed but space in the room was really tight. Wish there had been more movie channels to pick from

The location has many shops and restaurants close by, but it is far from the center of Madison. The free breakfast was really good.

The price is expensive for the size of the room. Our room wasn't serviced each day. The customer service from the check in staff person was awful, he couldn't of cared less.

Location - close to Madison and restaurants were within walking distance, free parking, quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Would have like healthier options for breakfast and no single use plastics/paper plates.

I have no complaints, the elevator was not working for a few hours but was taken care of quickly, same with our door key,, at first it did not work, but issue was taken care of fast. minor inconvenience

AmericInn had a very comfortable atmosphere that we felt safe in. It was great fun to sit and reconnect with family in the lobby. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the availability of tea, coffee, and cocoa was great. We truly appreciated the method of having breakfast; plus, the breakfast were very tasty. Our rooms were clean and comfy.

Someone on our floor and in our hallway was smoking, and the smoke permeated the air. This may be petty, but the water in the pool was a bit too cool .. maybe 86 degrees would have been better; however, the granddaughters had a great time.

The front desk staff was very pleasant. We arrived in town earlier than we expected, needing our room before the standard check-in time. The young man at the desk didn't hesitate to accommodate us. The housekeeping staff was equally pleasant and helpful. Our suite was very nice.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The staff is great and the breakfast was excellent.

The pool was green and cloudy and the area around the pool, the tables and chairs and sauna were not clean.

The people who let babies in the hottub.There are signs,but people don't always follow them. It's not the property's responsibility, but it's irritating..

The staff that checked us in had a poor attitude; she didn’t even greet us; she was not friendly at all.
