Hotel Indigo - Madison Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Loved the overall vibe of the decor, the hotel was quiet and other guests were friendly and wore masks. Free parking was great and the hotel room had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Nothing much to complain about! There were some loud cars that would zoom by at night but not often and it's expected near the city center. We were near the corner/close to the street and it was worth an occasional loud sound for the views of the capitol.

Everything - attention to detail, renovation of an older building, coffee, comfortable bed, solid doors which allowed for a very quiet room, location, friendly and helpful staff, amazing shower.

Great location. Super cool building that was an old paint factory. Loved the decor! The room was comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower products. I always appreciate a black makeup washcloth and spa water. We also had fun playing the games in the lobby. Easy in and out parking. The staff was really friendly. If you are going to Breese or Sylvee, this location can't be beat.

It was great, honestly. We would be happy to stay here again. If any little things, it would be nice if the bathrooms had an exhaust fan and if the alarm clock had a docking station to be able to listen to music on our devices.

I loved the whole concept of the hotel. It is an old paint factory repurposed into a hotel. So it has a warehouse/factory look which I thought was so cool! The room had very updated amenities and the TV in your room welcomed you. The staff were very kind and helpful. Once you got settled in your room you'd get a text from the staff asking if you were happy with your room and if there was anything you needed. All in all I absolutely loved this hotel!

Paying $16 for parking wasn't my cup of tea. It'd be nice if you had more options for parking than parking on the street or a parking garage for $16.

I so much enjoyed my stay and I cannot thank the AMAZING staff enough. A special shoutout to Sam who made me feel so comfortable having my dog Rocky with me. I was very nervous as first time in hotel with her and important to make the dog feel comfortable, so I arrived the night before my engagement in Madison. Sam and Nicole (she too was FABULOUS) went out of their way to check on me as well as Rocky. I am so excited to stay there again when in Madison. It was just wonderful and appreciate you guys so much. Rocky also enjoyed her time (we will continue to work on barking- they did say no issues or calls . . . phew, but I will continue to work on that). Thank you again, Sam, Nicole, and the amazing staff (manager/cleaning staff) at Hotel Indigo . . . HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cheers, Katie W.

Wonderful location, super clean facilities, and friendly welcoming staff!

Very nice and modern Hotel the room was very clean and very spacious the staff at the reception were very friendly and very supportive There was a shuttle service which was very quick and taking us to downtown every day We forgot our mobile phone at the hotel after we checked out however the staff were very cooperative and sent us the mobile after they found it with the driver of the shuttle to the place where he dropped us excellent service excellent staff

Overall super clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is a bit ‘off’ from downtown but within walking distance. Basic services located within one block - great supermarket around the corner. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service with which everything is reachable easily. Laundry service worked perfectly. Gym was OK for a hotel facility.

Restaurant breakfast was pretty bland; we ate at the restaurant the first morning but after that went for other options.

Drew at the front desk was fabulous, explained things and answered questions and was welcoming and friendly. Loved the decor, really fun and interesting, plus the room was great size wise and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice, and enjoyed the water fill station next to ice machine. Also the hotel shuttle service was terrific and easy.

That we couldn't stay longer!

the ambiance was really wonderful. You walk in and you just feel this comfort at Indigo. It makes it even a lot nicer when the front desk people are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the staff made sure you were well taken cared of.

the only thing I would say that needed some improvement is the shower. You could be taking a nice warm shower and in an instant the water would turn cold, so sometimes you would literally have to go back and forth with the dial. It was minor but...
