Super 8 by Wyndham La Crosse

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They were pleasant and always wearing smiles! Really appreciated that aspect! The room was very clean and the air had been turned on prior to our arrival making it a comfortable temperature in the room upon arrival!! All room amenities worked as they were supposed to! The pool area was wonderful and we had a very pleasant time enjoying the area! The breakfast area was very clean! Our stay was during the week, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were still some options available that included both hot or cold breakfast as well as fruit and yogurt!

Only suggestion I have is to have some sort of booklet available in the room with hotel information, such as pool hours, housekeeping etc. as well as some local information. Also perhaps an additional chair in the room, even if it were a folding chair.

The location is nice just after you exit from I90 you reach the hotel. Lot of Parking spot available. Breakfast was decent nothing extraordinary. The hotel is value for money. If you traveling for short business trip you may opt for this one. A subway is very near to the hotel just 2-3 mins walking.

The Toilet seat was kind of broken, it was moving sideways. The bathroom has pretty compact space. there is a very little space to move. Bathroom could have been more cleaned. Bed was nice and clean. But inside the room just beside the entry door there is a wash basin. I felt little dampness but may be it is my personal opinion.

The room was clean, well appointed and everything worked fine. The bed was comfortable and the pillows seemed very new. The pool was a nice size, and the room it was in made it seem very large and open and bright. There was hardly anybody in there, so it was like having your own private pool and hot tub. Everyone was very friendly and courteous from the cleaning staff to the manager.

I had a little trouble getting the temperature set exactly right initially, but the temperature outside was fluctuating quite a bit also. I didn't know exactly what channels were what on the TV so a channel guide may have helped. But that could have just been my own ignorance of current TV channels.

A good selection of breakfast items sure was nice to save $10-$30 every morning. Good location overall. Good pool and hot tub/ whirlpool. Comfy bed mini fridge n microwave in good order. Friendly staff and helpful. Overall fairly quiet couldn't hear the road noises except for the occasional siren or straight pipe.

Minor things- simple tv remote /no tv channel list Ac was cold but it seemed it was either on or energy saver and not run enough lol. Maybe a lil bathroom update buy the overall just fine.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and pillows , floors didn’t have carpet in our room which is better to be sure the floor was clean & clean pool and hot tub area .

Shower head not good settings or pressure. We had a suite and the couch fabric was stained never opened up but I used the clean sheets for it to put over top of couch and chair. Could use some upkeep with cracking ceiling some good caulk and paint would make it amazing which is throughout like most aging hotels.

It was in a convenient location. Clean and comfy. New paint. Maybe the smoke detector would detect smoke if it wasn't wrapped in plastic.

Noisy place. A lot of noisy neighbors. A lot of younger adults didn't understand how to act in a hotel. Yelling down the hallway, slamming doors at midnight! Signs posted that they won't rent to locals, could have some signs that 10 pm is quiet time. Called the front desk to take care of the noisy which was remedied right away.

Very good breakfast. Man who attended to the breakfast room did an outstanding job of keeping it clean and well-stocked. We came with a bike trailer and I wasn't sure where to park; the man at the front desk walked me out to the parking lot and showed me exactly where to park. Very helpful! Room and bathroom were all very clean. Comfortable beds.

Can't think of anything. This is a very comfortable and well maintained hotel. Terrific value!

Swim pool, spa, breakfast, bed, pillows, fridge, in room coffee maker. One more thing. Not downtown in the congestion of the downtown area.

Not that it mattered to us, but no elevator. The television. Msny many channels, but no guide in room or how to get those hundred channels. Some of the staff are hard to understand, but so willing to help to the best of their ability. We had a king size bed. It really filled up our room.

The hotel was perfectly located. Very clean. Pool and hot tub were very clean and spacious and open very late. Had an issue with a guess following my daughter and I, went to front desk and they took care of the matter without hesitation and didn't have a problem the rest of the time!! Very pleased with everything.

Only thing I can say I didnt like was they do not have an elevator.

we have stayed here several times and it is always a nice and clean location. hot tub and pool are great, rooms are clean and comfortable. noise levels were low and staff was very friendly and understanding of some personal circumstances at the time

Breakfast could offer some other hot items but the waffles were great and filled me up.
