Adonis Hanoi Hotel

Really nice hotel, about 15 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, and 25 minutes from the old town. Rooms are clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. A special mention to Ms Uyen and Mr Phuong, for looking after me. This hotel is ideally situated if you want to avoid some of the worst chaos of Hanoi's traffic. There's also a beautiful park 5 minutes walk away (turn left out of reception and it's in front of you).

Note to the manager, there's a tall young guy, on reception, who seems a bit too keen on collecting money on arrival. This is not what I want to hear after a long journey. My booking was already secured by credit card, through booking.com. . Please have a word with this guy

Generously Sized Room: The twin/double room I stayed in was remarkably spacious, a rare find in the heart of a bustling city. The room was not only large but also well-appointed, featuring all the comforts and conveniences one could ask for. Breakfast: Mornings at the Adonis are a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet is a spread of both Vietnamese specialties and international favorites. The pho, with its richly flavored broth, is particularly noteworthy. The variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and beverages ensures a satisfying start to the day. The staff's warmth and attentiveness during breakfast add a personal touch to the dining experience. Bathroom: The bathrooms at the Adonis Hotel are a fusion of elegance and practicality. They are spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The powerful shower is a refreshing treat, especially after a day of sightseeing. Luxurious toiletries and plush towels contribute to a sense of indulgence and comfort. Exceptional Service: A personal experience that truly set the Adonis Hotel apart was their remarkable honesty and service. I had inadvertently left my necklace in the room upon check-out. Not only did the staff find it, but they also went out of their way to ensure it was safely returned to me. This act of integrity and customer care deeply impressed me and added a layer of trust and appreciation towards the hotel and its staff.

My recent stay at the Adonis Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam, was not only delightful but also highlighted the exceptional integrity and service of the staff.

• Location: close enough to the old quarter but not close enough to feel the hectic environment. • Close to coffee shops, which is true for most of Ha Noi. The train tracks is also pretty close as well as the famous Obama restaurant. • The lobby was bright and inviting, there’s some crack on the tiles but that’s fine. • The lady who helped me was fantastic. Very accommodating and attentive. When we didn’t understand each other the first time, she called me up later on to clarify what she meant. Her great service was definitely appreciated!!

The only complaint I have is that one of the cabinet door in my room shuts really slowly and makes a creepy noise. But that’s just me being a silly scaredy goose!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious -- twice as large as the other hotel I stayed at in Hanoi this trip and the Adonis was less expensive. The room was very, very clean and the location is wonderful, a short walk to the Old Quarter.

Adonis hotel is located on Quang Trung street, opposite Thien Quang lake. You can find lots of street food restaurants within a walking distance. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Guest room was clean and spacious.

I liked everything! The room is very nice. The staff is so so helpful and kind. I couldn't wish for anything better. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is opposite to a large beautiful lake and from here easily to go every where in the city center. It is also nearto the famous book store where you can choose books or toys for children. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The room is large and clean.

Very comfortable large hotel, well located overlooking a lake in town. Very helpful and cheerful staff.

The view was mostly of a concrete wall. We couldn’t turn the TV off with the remote and there were no normal TV channels. Many were payview.

Good hotel, we took it to stay close to the Laos’ embassy. Clean and very comfortable! The staff were so helpful.

It’s not so close to the old quarter, but it’s ok because it is in a nice neighborhood as well!
