Anatole Hotel Hanoi

EThe Anatole is a new modern hotel with an Excellent staff, an Excellent breakfast, Excellent location.. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here but it does have some flaws. Overall, we give it a 9+ and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again..

The WiFi is weak and periodically quits working.. hopefully this will get fixed. The shower is in a narrow bathtub. This is dangerous to stands in as it doesn't have a flat bottom. the bathroom has a opaque glass that transmits the light at night if you turn on the bathroom light..can wake up anyone sleeping.

Location is ideal which is around old quarter. Hospitality & service is perfect from the moment we alight from taxi and even after check out. Room is clean & modern looking. has bidet. Most importantly blocks out noise. Staff were super accommodating and efficient in every request/queries. As for us they allowed baggage storage since we’re going to Halong bay & even offered facilities for us to wash up after arrival. Overall extremely satisfied and will come again.

Location was in walking proximity of Hoa Kiem Lake, Cafe house, many restaurants, and lively but yet quiet block. Beautiful sky view of cityscape from rooftop bar & pool. The staffs were professional and friendly. the rooftop infinitely pool was small, but adequate for us to enjoy and freshen up in the pool when tropical heat & humidity got to us.

the steam room didn't work while we were there even though it was hot in Hanoi in August, we still wanted to detox in the steam room.

Excellent hotel, great local we were able to walk everywhere from here. We had previously stayed in another hotel in Hanoi and cancelled our stay to go here instead because the hotel was so awful and wow this hotel was absolutely excellent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was fab & a few hours into our stay the hotel staff came up with fruit & cookies as a gift such a nice touch, the breakfast was great too. Will 100% recommend to any friends & family.

We booked the hotel on the last day of our Vietnam trip before going back to Europe. As our flight left late in the evening, the hotel offered us the opportunity to have a shower at the end of the day although we had already checked out in the morning. This was perfect to spend a full day in the city and reach the flight after a refreshing shower. The staff was very professional, super friendly and helpful. Great way to end our trip!

This location was very comfortable for our stay. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They went out of their way to help us celebrate our honeymoon and made it extra special. The breakfast was delicious with many options.

I had only one complaint the bathtub/shower was hard to get into and trying to shower normally made water go all over the floor. It was definitely a slip hazard and I almost fell out of the shower.

Location within Hanoi Old Quarter was excellent, just 1 minute away from St Joseph’s cathedral in the centre of the old quarter. Staff were helpful and obliging - we were very impressed with Minh (front desk) and Ruby (from the back office) who was extremely prompt in getting back to my emails.

The bathtubs in the room had high side walls, a bit difficult and slippery to get out - so be careful.

Breakfast was very good very plenty of variety to choose. The service provided by Mr Minh was exceptional and he was very responsive to our requests. The team made our stay a wonderful experience. The location of Anatole Hotel in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring on foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with so many amenities nearby! Very comfortable stay with super nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent! I will stay here again and choose the higher floors.

Our room was just besides a store room. And it was quite noisy as the housekeeping staff have to keep going in and out of the room. I suppose it is also a rest area for the staff as we can hear chit chatting. Walls are quite thin. Not for the light sleeper.

The staff is very very nice. The location can't be beat as it's directly next to Hoan Kiem lake with awesome restaurants and cafes all around. Even if you feel like staying in you can easily enjoy a couple of cocktails at the rooftop pool enjoying amazing views of the city.

Amenities could be a bit better.
