Anio Boutique Hotel Hoian

Exceptional friendly and helpful staff, especially Mrs Vin, who made us feel right at home and was very helpful with any information we needed. The boutique hotel was also very comfortable, large rooms and very comfortable beds and bedding, the pool was also a nice area to relax. Breakfast had lots of choices. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel for a relaxing comfortable stay. We used the complimentary bikes to cycle into the old town, wasn’t too far, so liked the location too. Thank you for making this part of our holiday very special.

Anio Boutique Hotel is a wonderful property to stay at when in Hoi An. From the second we arrived, we were greeted by such friendly staff and this continued throughout the rest of our stay. The staff can not do enough for you, and were always so lovely to have a chat to! The room we stayed in had a beautiful view, was very clean, spacious and comfortable - the housekeeping team did an amazing job. Breakfast was delicious!! Pool area was beautiful too, always had access to towels and could always find someone to order food and drinks poolside if you wanted. The spa was beautiful too, Miss Hallen was my massage therapist and she was amazing! Anio partner with Dolphin Restaurant at An Bang beach where you can use the sun-lounges and we can highly recommend eating there also. Special shout out to Hugh J, Vin, Vy, Jasmine, Dolphin and Ken and any other staff that we encountered from our stay - you guys are amazing!

This hotel and its staff are amazing. I have travelled extensively through Asia, America and Europe and the staff at Anio are the best in class, AMAZING. breakfast Amazing try the Pho, so good, pool is gorgeous, plenty of lounges and with all chairs etc in very good condition and clean, swim up bar was great with happy happy hour specials. rooms - beautiful and very clean. free bikes and kept in good condition. I can not fault this hotel and but i also cant stop raving about it and it staff. to us it was in the perfect location. half way between old town and beach with free shuttle to both (grab only $3AUD to either). Beach club was basic but perfect, free lounge chairs, wifi and cheap drinks for the area. we didnt use facilities at beach club other than lounges and drinks so not sure on toilets or food. as for Hoian, it was our favourite place. its absolutely magical. Morning Glory restaurant is a must in old town....what more can I say just stay here! dont look any further this is your hotel!

Small and cosy, it had all the amenities we needed. Spacious rooms, pool, a good spread at breakfast. The front desk team made it a point to remember our names and were always checking in on us and our day. Location was just outside of the Old Town which proved amazing because it was rather congested in the Old town and being nearby meant that it was more laidback. The free shuttles to Old Town and the beach also very well managed!

Nothing bad- I only wished that the property looks into offering water stations so that can reduce the need for mineral water bottles.

The breakfasts were awesome, Asian and Western food both. Eggs cooked to order, hot noodle soup prepared per your wishes. I didn’t swim, but many people did. The pool complex was quite large and beautiful. I did have a masssge and can recommend it! My room was a nice place to come back to every night. It was large, comfortable, clean, with all the amenities. The water was hot and water pressure excellent. But the best thing was the staff. All of them. So very friendly and helpful. The receptionists helped me a great deal, answering questions, making bookings. Can’t say enough good things about them. Would definitely like to come back!

The hotel was lovely, all the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. My room was very large and had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was absolutely beautiful. Would happily stay here again.

It was a bit far out from old Hoi An, around a 25 minute walk which would have been fine as it was completely flat but it was baking hot when I was there so you just need to be aware of that. Also it's not a great walk to do in the dark. However, taxis are really cheap (about £1.10 into town) and the hotel will call one for you. Only thing I wasn't keen on in my room was the step up to the bath/shower where I was always a bit concerned I'd slip and that certainly wouldn't work for anyone elderly

Our room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff was amazing. Enjoyed use of the bikes and since it rained a lot while we were there the umbrellas in the room came in handy.

The was nothing that I didn't like. It would have been nice if there was a little more options for vegans at breakfast. With very small adjustments several of the regular dishes could be made vegan. However they did buy soymilk so we had that for cereal or coffee after the first morning. I noticed there were some others who requested it so maybe they will start providing it regularly.

Definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hoian. The staff are lovely! Super friendly and helpful and happy to assist at any time! There are great local restaurants and spas nearby and about 15-20 min walk to old town or about 6 min taxi. Buffet breakfast is delicious! The hotel is also able to book tours/drivers/taxi. Our driver Bamboo to Da Nang and back was great and informative and Cong was a fantastic tour guide on the small group tour of Hue. Big thank you to Flora and all the team for making the stay so wonderful! 🙌😊

We enjoyed very much our stay at Anio Boutique hotel. From the beginning, we felt very welcome and all the team was very supportive. They helped us organize some day excursions or a scooter for a very competitive price. Also, gave us recommendations on where to have some good street food in Hoi An and supported us with everything. The team was so Kind that we received a room upgrade - we had a huge room. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the middle between the old town and An Dang Beach. Apart from that, to be mentiioned the breakfast - I have to recognize it was the best hotel-breakfast during our Vietnam trip. I would totally recommend it

The staff at Anio were amazing especially a special thankyou to Mrs Vin, her dedication to service was outstanding. The rooms are well appointed, with very good wifi, the pool area relaxing. the free shuttle to old town was a bonus as were the bicycles. Great breakfast buffet and very close to both the beach and the old town. If we return to Hoi An we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thankyou for a relaxing 5 days.
