Hoi An Green Apple Hotel

The Property is really nice, the location is great, close to the old town but not in the center, so it’s still quiet. They have free bikes, which you can take to go to the beach. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they give good tips if you need them. They have a buffet breakfast with fresh cooked eggs, a choice of warm meals, bread, musli, fresh fruit and vegetables. Everything you need. They also clean the room for you everyday and bring fresh towels. I would recommend you this Hotel!

The stay was amazing and definitely a 10/10. There was nothing really bad. The only thing is, that the Hotel is not that new as it looks on the pictures. But everything is clean, so it’s still a great place.

Really nice hotel to stay in Hoi An. The beds are really comfy, the bathroom is really clean and the balcony is a nice plus. All the rooms have AC. We used their laundry service which was efficient. You can take some bikes of the hotel for free to go to the beach (20min) or to the city centre (10min). The staff is very friendly and helpful, we discussed quite a lot on what we could do next in our trip and they gave us advice! They even booked up a taxi to Da Nang for a good price compared to the one proposed by Grab. The breakfast was good and we can take it on the terrasse. We did not try their swimming pool but it was all the time really clean ! This is definitely a good choice and you will enjoy your stay there ! Do not hesitate!

There are so many positive things to say about this hotel! - The room was great. The air con worked brilliantly, it was very clean (and cleaned every day of our stay), the bed was comfy and there were toothbrushes/toothpaste in the bathroom as well as shampoo and shower gel. - Breakfast is included. - The owner and his wife are such friendly, accommodating people. They welcomed us when we arrived and helped with our bags. They even upgraded our room for free when there was a cancellation and let us pay later on as we realised we didn’t have enough cash on us. - The free bikes is such a great offer as Hoi An is a lovely place to cycle around. My partner and I borrowed bikes and locks for two days on our trip and had a great time seeing the countryside, beach and Old Town. It really made our stay even better. - We didn’t end up making use of the swimming pool, but it looked very clean. - The location is fantastic - walking distance to the Old Town and restaurants/shops nearby.

booked a room last minute for a good price, even got upgraded to a better room for free upon arrival, the room was super big which was great to have free space! hot shower and great amenities in the bathroom, wifi worked really good, amazing free breakfast, free use of hotel bicycles make it super convenient to get anywhere around town! the swimming pool was super clean and relaxing, the do washing very cheap and accomodate to anything else you need!! amazing stuff, super nice, 100% recommend

The owner was amazingly helpful - including offering us a late checkout at no additional price and a free upgrade. He went out of his way to help us organise things during our time there and organise our onward journey at late notice. The location was great - it is about 15 mins out of the old town but we enjoyed seeing a bit more of Hoi An rather than just the touristy parts. Also quite close to the beach if you want that (20 min cycle on their free bikes). Decent breakfast included in the price and incredible value for what you get.

The shower did leak every time we used it - but at this price we didn’t mind. The bikes need a bit of an upgrade - but still useable.

An excellent stay for us. Very friendly Staff that had very good English which was so appreciated. Very hard working family running the Hotel. It was Tet and the owners were there cooking our breakfast and making sure everything was great. Room was very comfortable, bed was comfortable. In a quieter area that still had easy access to Old Town and the Beach. Breakfast was good. Everything matched what was on Booking.com. Bicycles worked for us and they provided a lock. Coffee was some of the best I had in Vietnam- was drip coffee in a large pot with options of fresh milk, condensed milk and sugar. Was able to have my coffee the way I enjoy it which was comforting. I would highly recommend the Green Apple on all levels. Zero issues.

Nothing could have been any better.

Mr Duy really cannot do enough for his customers. From the moment we arrived he greeted us with a smile and welcomed us into his hotel. He gave us all the information we needed, where the popular spots are, recommendations for food, tailor recommendations, cool tours to do and even booked our tour to the Ba Na Hills for us. Since tourism has only recently reopened and there aren’t as many visitors as usual, the restaurant wasn’t opened for breakfast in the hotel. However since our tour to the Ba Na Hills began at 7:30am, Duy and his wife got up super early and made breakfast for us before we left to make sure we were fed. They could not have been any more kind! The room was spotlessly clean, cosy, modern and spacious. The hotel is really clean and modern with a fabulous pool and outdoor seating area. There are also free bicycles customers can use to get around Hoi An and they were brilliant, so useful! Really enjoyed our stay here

Great staffs and lovely hotel !!! I really enjoyed my stay at Green Apple hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly and provided great service. The room was so clean and very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was so good a lot of foods. They have a lovely swimming pool and free access to bicycles which we frequently used. Easy to ride to beach on bicycle, only 10 minutes away. If you visit Hoi An, you should definitely visit the Green Apple hotel as I highly recommend it. My kid really enjoyed it too.

Excellent Staff The place is clean and offers a pool on the ground floor. The staff made our stay so special as they allowed us to check in 3 hours early upon request and also provided the best rates for airport transfer as well. Our room was clean and tidy with a balcony view. Bed was large and comfortable. Ancient town is just about a 10 min walk and most places to eat are between 5-10 mins walk as well but the hotel offers free bicycles to the guests if you want. Breakfast was very good too!!

The facilities offered by the hotel were very useful and in good condition! The family room was comfortable and the balcony was a nice addition. We had access to a clean swimming pool, 4 free bicycles every day and even on the day we left, travel advice and sightseeing tips. The friendly owner helped us with an airport transfer for a good price and was always walking around the reception with a smile to help you. The hotel is located in a normal street not too far from the city center (20 min walking, 5 min by bike). There is a friendly security guard at night, so you can come back whenever you want.
