Really lovely place to stay with extremely comfy beds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Even made us breakfast on the morning that we had to leave super early as we didn't have time to get any before heading off. Nice hot showers and fresh towels through out our stay. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights. Nice, clean and quite big room with good AC. Comfy bed, TV and refrigerator. Great location. Really nice and helpful owners. They have motorbikes and bicycles and they can arrange you a transport etc. Overall really good place to stay in Hoi An!

I do not recommend! Do not book, do not stay overnight. I booked via booking. In the evening before arrival, I received information that there was no room available and they only had a worse one. As it was already late, I decided on this option (the evening before the trip). In the morning I asked what time I could check in and I received an answer. I arrive at the hotel and hear that there is no room available. The service was not nice, not helpful, terrible.
