Location is perfect, metro by the hotel or 15-minute walk to the Center. Paid covered parking very convenient. Good AC. Room small but completely renovated.
It could be cleaner. No tea/coffee maker in the room or at the lobby.

Location was good but a bit difficult to locate how to find the garage. Everything was good value for money. Helpful lady serving breakfast went and got us cold water for our water bottle's.

Fantastic location. Next to a tram stop but also within easy walking distance to the centre. Great staff. Comfy bed. Great shower. Plenty of room .loved it.

We had an amazing day spent at the Ibis Hotel in Rouen. The staff was really sweet and kind, since restaurants and bars were closed for COVID-19 restrictions they even offered us to delay the check-in time if we preferred to stay longer and just have a coffee by the main hall. The beds in our room were super comfortable and we slept like babies. Thank you!
Everything was awesome, the only uncomfortable thing was that we couldn’t open our window in our room and since we had to eat there cause of COVID restrictions it got a bit smelly before going to sleep.

The hotel is quite close to the city center (about 15 minutes walking). There is also a tram stop in front of the hotel. A shopping mall is across the street. The room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel offers a parking garage for 8€/day.

parking was easy and not very expensive. room was quiet and clean - usual ibis hotel. Reception dude was so lovely when we checked in. Breakfast was good so would stay again.
fridge in the room would be nice or complimentary bottle of water in room.
