The location of the hotel was ideal to discover Rouen on foot and in a short period of time. The room surpassed ly expectation, especially for the price paid:) A good bargain! Flexible check-in/ check out and also night entry service!
The rooms, though relatively big' were not properly insulated. I could have heard the keypad tones of my neighbour's phones :(

spotty wifi i like hard bed but that was another level… being on the floor would have been the same… not great.. the tap and shower appliances really need to be updated , the metal was green here and there an extra blanket would have been nice it wasn’t really clean. window cleaning shouldn’t be an option in a hotel neither as dust ..

The best part of this reservation is good location in the centre of the city. The host is very helpful and kind.
The old furniture, small unpleaseant bathroom with lack of space for things, bothroom curtain has to be changed, lack of wardrobe.
