the only problem we had was nothing to do with the hotel, constant motorbike noise outside on the road. The hotel have very kindly told us they will give us a room on the other side when we return in a few days

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had a nice view out the back from our room. We had the breakfast which was excellent. A nice hotel and a fairly short walk to the promenade running along the side of the Seine where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to visit.

The weather was hot while we were there and the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work at all. The hotel is just off a very busy roundabout. I still do not understand why hotels charge customers for parking!! If you are staying in the hotel for the night, this should be included in the price.

The hotel is located immediately outside of Rouen city centre. Personally I found pretty easy to park my car in the surroundings, although the facility has its own parking facility embedded. The staff at the reception was very kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the shower with possibility of setting up hot water in terms of exact temperature.

The room was not so sound proofed, in the morning I was awaken by room neighbors in their intimacy. The break was defined as abundant by a flyer at the reception but honestly I found it quite scarce in terms of choices.

1. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2. Good location, directly accessing the highway and about 15 min walking to the city centre. I enjoy walking a lot, so that wasn’t a problem. And every day we did day trips by car, so the access to the highway was very convenient. 3. Very clean. 4. We had paid parking in the hotel, but if you don’t really mind, there’s a big parking area in front of the hotel and a staff member called it very safe.

The trip was made for a few of us to run a local "parkrun". The hotel was perfectly placed as a 10 minute walk from the meeting point for us. Also, on location - the hotel overlooks Rouen rugby club which would fantastic if you travelled for that purpose. The balcony and path to the car park, as well as all EVEN numbered rooms have a clear view over the ground itself. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was exceptional and the room sizes also were relatively large for a cheap stay.

As a tourist just visiting the city, I would say that this hotel is a little too far out. Probably a 25 minute walk, or €10 in a taxi to get into town. Perhaps worth balancing costs if you are here for any length of time. Apart from one cafe and a petrol station, there is nothing else around in the local area. The pillows in the room were really really soft - using 2 still barely lifted your head off the mattress. Final small thing that was annoying was that the bar closes at 10pm - not good if you return any later for a night cap expecting to get one final drink...

great central location for a overnight stop going through Rouen. Very secure parking, modern refurbished rooms and excellent home cooked food. Staff multi lingual and did there upmost to ensure your visit was hassle free..

maybe if you had a main road facing room it was on a busy road. Although the property had double glazing so if the window was closed it wouldn’t be a problem.. We like fresh air 😊 so our room faced the rear of the property that overlooked a sports stadium..

Room was perfect.Location excellent for motorways.Very secure parking.Very helpful staff

Last year not then under Ibis,they had tea and coffee facilities in the room. I know it’s only a small difference. But after a long drive from uk.It makes a big difference. It’s a shame this has been taken away.Especially that most people use the hotel,as it’s a great location for the motorways.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast. The parking is comfortable and not expensive.

The location. It is quite far from the centre of Rouen and located on a very busy transport roundabout. Can't open windows, so rely on air conditioning. There was quite a bunch of guests waiting when I arrived and only one receptionist who only later got reinforcement from her colleagues.

Room excellent 24hr reception with extremely nice staff. Very clean and comfortable the rooms are a very generous size. and the shower was very powerful.

The only thing i didnt like was the fact I reserved the room on a free cancellation pay at the hotel basis and 3 days before my stay they took 150€ pre authorised from my bank and i still haven't received it back I also paid for the room at the hotel on checkout therefore I have paid 226€ and am awaiting 150€ back. Also prices quoted are pre tax

Lovely large room. Secure underground parking on site. The bar was busy when we stayed so service was a bit slow. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked ok.

The seating area for the bar is immediately in front of the entrance, the lifts and the reception desk, it was a very cold night the hotel was very busy with new arrivals and food being delivered from various companies so the door was constantly opening and closing and people bustling around. Therefore it was very cold and noisy. Not a very good use of the space they have allocated.
