Perfectly clean residence with a comfy bed and nicely sized room. The cupboards were great, with space for both of us to hang the majority of our clothes during our 4 day stay. The bed was spotless with clean, crispy sheets and two great pillows per person. The AC was a LIFESAVER, since the outside heat was unbearable. We also loved the self-checkin and housecleaning that was invisible - we would come back to a freshly made bed and new toilet paper.

For some reason we weren't able to get the water to flow cold both in the sink and shower, making it very hard to get a glass of water in the apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a nice building, freshly renovated rooms and floor. I liked the decor, bed and pillows were comfortable. Great location, instructions on how to get into the building very clear and good so no problem with that. There is no reception, so make sure to have your phone on ;) I slept well. Room functional and had all the amenities.

The elevator was out of order when I left. Of course it isn't the fault of the property, however there are no staff on the premises and I have a knee problem, and as such I had nobody to ask for help getting down with my luggage (which would be no problem if the elevator worked). I managed but it was a little time consuming and uncomfortable, but again - not a fault of property. But this could be potentially detrimental for more physically disabled guests. Also there were tiiiiny things that would have made the room a little more comfortable - for example a shelf in the shower for toiletries, or a night table by the bed. But these are really small things. Aside from them, all good! I wish it wasn't so expensive, but I guess that's to be expected at this time in Madrid.

The accommodation is in a great location, on the side of the Gran Via street, excellently connected by buses to the most important locations in the city, which can be reached very quickly. The instructions for self-check-in to accommodation are very clear. The room was very clean and solidly furnished, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the air conditioner worked great. If I come back to Madrid, I will probably book the room again.

The location was perfect for me, and the room was very clean and well maintained.

The room was too small and although I knew I would access it without meeting staff (just given access codes, which worked fine) it was sort of spooky not seeing anyone. Not easy for lots of travelers coming from outside Europe to call the number given for staff.

The location is great, the building and the place itself is clean and nice, and quite comfy. The staff is friendly. They let us leave our luggage there before the room was ready which was nice.

There was no cold water in the tap above the sink and no proper warm water in the shower, unless you opened both taps at the same time. Waterpipes in the neighbouring room were really loud.

The stay was very good. I booked a single room, which was quite enough for me. The location is amazing, you just need 5 min to Plaza Espana and 5 min to a park nearby where you can see the sunset! The room was VERY clean, and it has a good design (it smelled pretty new)

There are just two things which I have to mention. Take your earplugs with you, you hear everything especially when you have the room next to the entrance!! it is very loud when people shut the door. the second thing, there is a small green light above the door, its turned on the whole time.. maybe to cover it with a dark stripe.

This property was way cheaper than any other hotel in the neighborhood. The room and all facilities were clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed. I should, however, say that I am a traveler who does not have high demands and who usually doesn't spend a lot of time in the hotel.

the kitchenet (available to everyone) does not have a sink. I prefer to make my own coffee, but it was a bit complicated because there was no water (I took it from the bathroom of my room) and I could not wash my cup afterwards.

This is a very nice place to stay in madrid, very tidy and clean. It had a more modern style. It felt like we had a lot of privacy. I really liked the self check in, it works pretty well and they are very clear. At some point the AC was not working properly and I called the hostal hotline and they were extremelly helpful.

The best hotel experience ever ! Excellent location - about 10 minutes walk to Gran Via, less than 30 minute walk from the museum's (The Golden Triangle) or the city center. Super clean! My room was cleaned every day. All equipment is new and in excellent condition. Super nice and friendly staff !!! Rooms are beautiful, minimalistic and stylish. Each room has several possibilities of illumination which is very comfortable. Love it and totally recommend!

The hotel is located in a quiet, safe and very central neighbourhood. The rooms are (or look) recently renovated and the beds are great as is the shower. Above all its super clean. Good airco. A lot of storage space and the access with the codes work very well.

the bathroom is rather small but still very well equipped. What would be nice is to have some extra toiletpaper and a bottle of water upon your arrival but these are really small remarks
