This is really a sports hotel, especially for biking. The spinning room is huge. And it felt luxurious to do high-altitude swim practice in the 25m lanes. The bed is super comfy and the view over the mountains is awesome.

The room is dark grey and it feels like being in a cave. There's not much ventilation, so we had to open the balcony in the middle of the night. Breakfast is pretty standard, not like the photos. We basically chose the hotel for the photo of the gym and looked forward to running on the treadmill with a gorgeous mountain view, just to find the treadmills being shown into a corner with no view whatsoever.

Size and comfort of the bedroom

it’s a lot of walking to go to the restaurant to have breakfast, it’s in another building, you need to get into 4 different elevators to get there. The breakfast is not diverse, just a few basic things and for example, I don’t like yogurt with sugar but they only had sweet yogurt options and if it was not enough sugar, they added a sugar strawberry syrup on it, it was literally a sugar bomb for breakfast.

Breakfast and dinner were really good. Parking good and spacious.

I was surprised that were is no soap in the bathroom near the sink due to reducing plastic waste policy. The hotel did not offer any alternative only use bath get from the shower what is not comfortable and not reachable for kids. So the advice would be to have your own bottle of soap next time.

Stayed in this hotel for a ski holiday. The hotel is in between the city and La Massana ski gondola point. To reach hotel you can either take a taxi from bus station or take L5 bus which drops you at the outside road from where you have to walk 7-8 mins to reach hotel. Entering the hotel was a little confusing for us as it’s entrance is up from apartment building area. But once you figure out everything goes smooth. Check in at the hotel reception was smooth although we wrongly went to reception of apartment hotel and had to wait long time there for our turn only to know later that it’s not where we check in. The hotel has great facilities for sports and unique aqua spa which has a pool with lots of jacuzzi type water sprouts where you can relax after a day of ski. You can not enter the spa without flip flops and cap so don’t forget to bring them. There is a full schedule of work out classes as well in the gym which one can use. Booking process of spa was smooth and we got the place every time we wanted. The access to spa is a little tedious from the hotel though. One has to take 2 different elevators and cross 2 roads to get there from the hotel. The Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were also good however I would have liked more pure vegetarian options (almost all days the tomato pasta sauce was made with fish during our stay) The hotel has shuttle only for skiing and not for the city. However you can walk 7-8 mins to the bus stop and take the L5/L6 to the city. For a mountain resort outside the city , the hotel should ideally have a shuttle to the city too, perhaps less frequent than ski shuttle but should have an option. The mountain suite was big with a separate sitting area and a balcony. The hotel provides a nespresso machine with 2 capsules on 1st day but doesn’t replace them and expect you to buy for 60 cents each. Perhaps at 1.20 euros extra they can make it standard. In all, had a great experience staying here and would love to return.

The room has been recently renovated and was very comfortable. The bathroom too, and beautifully designed. The staff was super nice and friendly. They helped us in all we needed. The location was very convenient.

My kids would have apreciated some amenities, such as suits, chocolates or similar.

Gym, spa, sports courts, freshness of food, suite was spacious, views from the balcony were nice.

The place was renovating, and we were not informed beforehand. We had troubles finding the reception, because it was moved elsewhere. There was no double bed, but two single connected ones.

The buffet on Christmas Eve was very nice, food was tasty with great variety. Breakfast was nice too, providing some hot food and cold plates. We went to the pool on Christmas Day which was an enjoyable experience for the kids. Overall, it was a great stay!

Beautiful setting with great views. Excellent exercise facilities.

We were a little disappointed that there were no views at all from the bedrooms in our apartment. Just rearwards into retaining wall 3 metres away. Cannot use the swimming pool unless you bring or hire a swim cap and flip flops.

The location and beautiful views of the mountains 🏔️ The spa and sauna area are very good.

The fact that you need a reservation for the pool and sauna area. it can make it a bit complicated if you don’t reserve in time. But they work on facilitating this issue.

Good parking facilities and lots to do. Breakfast also Good with plenty of options. Spa facilities are also very good.

The swimming pool water temp could be higher to enjoy the spa more.
