Great rooms, big beds, in summer fans in the rooms, very friendly staff, speak English 👍, just wonderful hotel!!! Location is super convenient, you can walk 10 min to the Shopping area, a big shopping centre and many many shops !!! The hotel is located in the centre , i would say. Quiet place . Or take a bus near the hotel. The parking lot is 400 metres away from the hotel, we paid 10 euro for 24 h. The breakfast can be eaten for 10 euro , you must pay separately. Thank you!

The absence of the parking place for us . They have limited number of places for the clients. But it was not a problem to get to the parking lot .

Good location, close to the Caldea SPA (which I don't recommend), close to the main shopping street. Attentive, polite staff. Perfect bed size. Big room.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not very good, especially in the bathtub area, there were spots of mold. The bathroom was not very good, nor very comfortable. It was difficult to take a shower, because the shower was bad. Bathroom curtain was not in good condition. Room without air conditioning. When we opened the window, mosquitoes came in. The room has a ceiling fan, but no extractor fan.

The room was really spacious and comfortable, and a little quirky having dormer windows with a view of the snow capped mountains. Staff were extremely helpful, but the receptionist who checked us in could communicate only through Google Translate to us in English. A bit tricky but we managed. Other staff were easy to communicate with. But all were very professional and very obliging to our requests. Breakfast was satisfactory.

It was a bit of a distance from anywhere to eat, and while it didn’t matter to us, some might be challenged by the uphill walk back to the hotel from the centre of town.

Good place in Escaldes, a walking distance from the Andorra La Vella city center. Nice english speaking staff. Comfortable room with free towels and shower gel. The room was clean and quiet. I also bought a parking space that was in the underground garage, with a place arranged individually for every car

The parking is available only by a narrow stairway - an elevator runs down only to the ground floor

everything was great! especially the view from the room and the sound of river! room was bigger than we expected, the bed is extremely huge!!! it was one of the best quiet places during our trip! thank you

breakfast was not fully included, it’s was enough, but if you want to have juice or yogurt it’s not free 😅 and you can’t go and take food, you have to ask for food to the girls, I find it a little bit inconvenient

The bus stop to La Massana gondola is 1min walk from the hotel and a short bus ride. It's a 10min walk into Andorra La Vella town for restaurants and shopping. Hotel and rooms are bright and very clean. Beds are huge and comfortable.

Road can be noisy (request a room at the rear might help). Bar was closed every night so we couldn't relax with our friends in the hotel.

Room was comfortable, spacious, and the bed was very big. The little terrace was nice to have. The staff was very friendly.

The toilet was ok, it could be a bit more modernised. The piping probably needs work because opening the faucet and shower for the first time just poured out orange water.

This hotel is strategically positioned: at walking distance from the city centre and on the way to La Massana, Ordino, etcetera. The bed in our double room was humongous!

The underground parking area is a bit small, and so are the parking spots, so it is sligthly difficult to manoeuvre, but nothing too daunting.

First and foremost! Many thanks to the lovely ladies at the reception and the breakfast hall!!! They were so kind, helpful and smiling!! The view from the balcony of the double room with a terrace is really stunning! The breakfast offers nice variety. The room was clean and comfortable.

The corridors of the hotel are dark and gloomy. They sometimes use cheap cleaning liquids with unpleasant smell.

Beds were comfortable and location was quiet but still close enough to downtown to not be too long a walk. Nice balcony view of the beautiful Hillside and River. Staff was very friendly and very responsive to needs. We did not eat breakfast there, but saw that it looked like a good variety.

Just dealing with parking. Expensive lot down the hill, but paid parking on street worked well if you could find a space.
