This is not a luxury apartment, but it is clean. We like the superb location in the Parish of Ordino, which is generally the more quiet area in Andorra. The premises sits across a beautiful creek, complimented by what looks like a small Roman bridge. The apartment itself is good, despite a generally unfinished impression and there being rooms for improvement. The distance to anywhere is quite manageable (to Andorra La Vella at 30 minutes driving, to La Massana at 15 minutes and to Ordino central at 5 minutes), while walking around in the hood was a highly pleasing experience. We would definitely love to come back, especially when the little issues below are sorted out.

The apartment was spacious. However, it was too hot. It is not possible to control the heat so that in the night our mouth and noses were dry.

The whole process of picking up the keys is complicated. The Hotel where I was told to pick up the keys is not easy to find. Also checking in is only possible after 17.00, which is quite late when you have kids with you and they need a afternoon nap. The apartment is in the middle of nowhere as there are no shops, restaurants or anything else within the walking distance.

Nature and views

We weren't able to access the apartment at first, waited ca 1 hour behind door with a tired toddler, the apartment was cold and even the water boiler was turned off so we couldn't give bath to the toddler in the morning. The place was screaming for renovation, master bedroom door handle was removed so the door couldn't be closed, bathroom door was swelled due moist and also didn't close, sofa and several chairs were damaged and didn't provide safe or comfortable seating. Window covers made of steel were banging all night onto the outside wall due slight wind and were extremely noisy, couldn't sleep. We left one day earlier. Do not recommend, not a pleasant experience. Customer service lacks of cooperation.
