Very modern, beautifully furnished and comfortable hotel. Well worth the visit. All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. We received an upgraded room without asking or being told that this was the case. First class service absolutely a 5 star hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the dinner was very tasty, the breakfast was really good, the room was lovely (and clean) and they upgraded our room, as they were quiet the night we stayed. The location was extremely peaceful and pretty much the closest hotel to Arcalís. Perfect for our two day getaway. We didn't experience the spa, but I know they had one.

I have no complaints.

We were there for only one night visiting the beautiful little nation and had to depart very early in the morning. The staff were kind enough to put out a significant cold buffet for us despite being well before the scheduled breakfast time. It included much more than one might imagine. I won't spoil the pleasant surprise. It was great!

The turn the parking lot lights off at night. While we left at dawn, I had to place items in the car before the sun was up. Some lighting would be better, but I understand reducing it from the early evening full brightness.

Very clean . Available free parking outside front of hotel. Garage parking also available underground if space not available (there is a charge for the garage). Good food in restaurant. Comfortable beds. We had room with a balcony which was good to have - beautiful views. Approx. 10 mins from Ordino which was a nice town.

No a/c in room (or we didn’t find it). It became very hot in the night and we had to open balcony door to get some air.

Attention to detail, the hotel is new, modern and design is well though out. Super clean with a staff that is always kind, and at your service. Spa facilities are great as well, and the hotel is close to fabolous nature.

Wonderful location, so nice to see before the snow arrives. (ok to find once we got on the right road, road signs tricky in Andorra! And don’t go to Hotel Bringue which is lower down the hill, Xalet is the next hotel up the hill!) Very friendly helpful staff.

Gorgeous location overlooking El Serrat. The hotel is a beautiful in the setting and the mountain view from the back side and rushing stream are enchanting.. The room was spacious and clean. I had breakfast and dinner included, and both were delicious.

While it was a bit far from the town, the view from our balcony was worth it. The staff spoke good English and was able to give us good advice on the hiking trails. The spread during breakfast was good, and the dinner was great as well.

The size of the room could be bigger for the price

The location is great in a very beautiful spot with easy access to the ski field.

Perhaps they could offer deals for the spa when it is not very busy. They could also promote skiing deals.
