We booked a one bedroom apartment as it was all we could afford for a weekend music festival for 4 of us, and we were just going to use our own blow-up mattress to make it work. It was the most beautiful suprise when we checked into our apartment it was actually a 2 bedroom. The beds where so incredibly comfortable, the place was so clean and modern, and because of how wonderful our experience was we will for sure return and stay at this wonderful place again thank you for your hospitality. The after hours access was easy. They even contacted us two hours beforehand to confirm if we would be arriving after hours. Great communication. Text me a map and confirmation details. I cannot fault my experience.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for our stay. The full size kitchen was handy but make sure your fridge is turned on when you first enter the room (ours was turned off for economy!) Not the end of the world, but could be disappointing if you don't notice and put your cold groceries in there. A nice touch was that our ground floor apartment had a private courtyard with a private gate to the street. Kingston shops and eateries are just a 5 minute walk away, which is extremely handy. Undercover parking with a connecting elevator is also very welcome, especially in wet weather. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful. Overall, the facilities were pretty good.

A niggly thing, but the couches were kinda uncomfortable and they were a little low, which is challenging for anyone older or with mobility issues to get out of.

Parking information was poorly displayed. We received an email saying it was free and they were acknowledging our message that we required undercover parking. Subsequently a second email stated parking was $10 and is subject to availability. Reception informed us on arrival at the apartments that if we booked via bookings.com there was a charge of $10. They said the information was on the site where we booked, but it is in the fine print.

It was comfortable with everything I needed and close to Kingston with restaurants etc. Choice of 2 pools which were nice. Gym was a bonus

We didn’t have a plug for bath, and never got one despite asking staff. We think there was a communication issue between reception and other staff. The gym was rather small. The facility was being renovated so there was scaffolding everywhere. It really was fine though. Room was clean and quiet and comfortable

I was able to check in early and was given an upgrade as well. Reception person was extremely helpful. I liked the heated pool, very comfy bed and pillows, bath, shampoos/body lotion etc which were not tested on animals. The location was great - near good shops including an excellent supermarket, and I walked to the Kingston waterfront which was a bit further but ok if you’re reasonably fit. I loved the gardens also.

Couldn’t find a plug for the kitchen sink but I located one in bathroom which is probably used for both bath and sink

Comfortable beds, spacious room, quick check-in, indoor pool, sauna, quick fix of leaking fridge, lamps in all rooms were nice to have, parking onsite, grassed area outside rooms for kids to play, close to Kingston foreshore.

Some additional items in kitchen may help (eg. flat egg flipper for breakfast), most pillows were not very comfortable, short opening hours for pool, sauna & gym equipment, ground floor meant road traffic was a little loud at times.

A great location. A short walk to the Kingston foreshore. Many cafes and restaurants, within walking distance of the accommodation, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the lifts were not working during my stay. I was on the top floor which meant carrying my bags up 4 flights of stairs.

Overall, the experience was very satisfactory, thanks to the location and size of the units. Very easy walk to Manuka and very quiet location. Pretty gardens and calming atmosphere.

The Reception was not at all warm and the staff seemed bored and unmotivated. The service to the rooms was incredibly minimal! I had to find some more teabags myself and they didn’t do anything in the room other than a quick attempt at making the bed. An Oven Glove would make a big difference to the kitchen facilities.,

The apartments are good, though a little dated and fairly basic, and excellent value for money. They are comfortable and spacious and warm - which are my main requirements, which is why I come back. Carparking is covered and secure. The apartments are ideally positioned for work or vacation at Kingston, Griffith or Barton, with excellent proximity to Parliamentary Triangle.

Really, the apartments are ideal and I can't think of too much I don't like. The office hours - 9 until 6 - could be a little longer, but staff effectively manage out-of-hours checkins and checkouts. The WiFi wasn't crash hot, but these days when everyone has a mobile phone with essentially unlimited bandwidth it isn't an issue.

Would have been helpful to have more than one key to the room as there were five of us and the key was needed to access the garden, the flat, the pool and the car park. As an older person, the steep ramp to our flat was daunting to climb in poor weather.
