Pros: * Great location. Close to cafes, restaurants and markets * Free parking. Gate opens at 6am and closes at 9pm. Concierge is open 24/7 so you can ask them to open the gate outside of these times. * Free mini bar. * Free movies. * They use cleaning products that has no fragrance cleaners.

Cons: We had the superior room which is quite small. For a short trip it is fine but if you have a long trip or with lots of luggage consider getting a bigger room. * The air con in the room wasn’t very strong. At times we didn’t even know it was on. Similar to the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Assured by the concierge that it is on. Just very quiet. It was fine for us but if it is the hot temperature of summer it might be a problem. * There was no telephone in the room. It was fine for us but if you need to contact reception you will either have to go in person or use your own phone.

Knightsbridge presented well, was clean and is in a great location. The staff were great - very helpful and pleasant. Bathroom is huge - lots of room with both a shower and a bath.

The after hours (9pm-6am) entry to the carpark is a bit clunky with a phone call needed to Reception staff to get in. The staff were very responsive but would have thought using the hotel swipe card on a reader would be more efficient. The entry driveway to the building is not distinctive - no signage or anything to make it different to the others in that street.

The location is fantastic being an extremely short walk to the Kingston Shops and walking distance to Manuka. Having underground parking for no extra cost was also a plus.

The room was extremely pokey, having a wooden bed frame in such a small room is overkill and literally painful. The amount of paint scraped off it is evidence of that. The AC / heating are terrible. The room was roughly 25° in the middle of winter and there was no way to lower the temperature without opening the balcony door. The staff said they would look into it but also said my room temperature was the same as everyone else’s so in short, it couldn’t be changed. The bathroom is a pretty useless design - no basic features like hooks for hanging clothes or shelves for shampoo and body wash in the shower.

All the rooms were very clean, everything is new, spacious, utensils were clean, they provide extra snacks fruits and water at reception. Location was very convenient and quiet. The receptionist Thanh was very welcoming and helpful, it’s always nice to see a smiley face. All the staff that I walked into were very friendly. Overall stay was super comfortable and I would go back again for my next trip.

The aircon did not work first night, apparently when two rooms use the same air con system the two rooms can affect each other. So was a bit cold the first night. The staff provided extra blankets so was fine sleeping. But the next day the manager was very helpful and upgraded my room as an apology. The hotel should look into this issue. Also the TV did not have netflix, not really a smart TV.

This was a great place to stay in a very handy location - just a few minute's walk to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Kingston, and only a couple of minutes' drive from Civic and all the main government buildings. The room was extremely comfortable and looked new. Huge bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the trees. Free snacks in the fridge and free in house movies were a bonus and there was great and easy undercover parking. I will definitely stay here again, and would also bring my family to stay (it appeared there were connected rooms available, and there was a swimming pool and gym).

We had to add an extra night to our stay at the very last minute, and the staff upgraded us to a One Bedroom Executive Apartment due to there not being availability in the original room type we booked. The One Bedroom Executive Apartment was incredibly spacious, and the King bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment facilities were spotless and in great condition, the included amenities were thorough, and the air conditioning was really easy to adjust. The insulation and warmth from the air conditioning made for a really comfortable mid-winter stay. We also loved that there were two TVs - in the living room and the bedroom (perfect for watching Wimbledon late into the night). It's also in a fantastic location, only a couple of minutes walk to a variety of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, and about 10-15 minutes walk to more dining options on the foreshore where you can also explore Lake Burley-Griffin. You can also walk straight to Parliament House (about 35 mins).

We honestly couldn't fault a thing!

Can't go wrong with the location. Easy walk to the Kingston Foreshore and Manuka Oval. Even easier walk to the local Kingston shops and bus stop (R6). We hired electric scooters and got to the Parliamentary Triangle very quickly (High Court, Art Gallery, Portrait Gallery, National Library etc). Reception staff were always on hand to call us a taxi (usually about 3 mins away).

The air conditioning was set a bit high for our liking - 26 degrees seemed excessive. We obviously turned it right down but ended up with the balcony door slightly ajar. Note: the heating is excessive everywhere in Canberra - think summer t-shirt and then layer the woollies on top.

The room was clean, well furnished with a private balcony. The wardrobe had ample storage and easily enough coat hangers. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were not overstuffed and each one was different allowing a choice. The bathroom was lovely - spacious, modern with excellent storage. The shower cubicle was generous in sized the bath was again generous. It was possible to darken the room using the electric blind and sheer curtains. The room was very quiet. The basement parking was excellent.

Two arm chairs are always appreciated when there are two guests.

The 2 bed apartment was well equipped with a nice kitchen, dining table and lounge area. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which were good size, beds very comfortable and great for a family of 3 travelling together who need privacy and shared space. The opening sliding door to a patio on ground level was nice too to be able to have fresh air when we preferred this. The access to free undercover parking for 2 cars was very good arrangement. This is a new property and it shows in the standard of fittings and amenities. I'd stay here again in preference to other properties. Its a 5 minute easy level walk to shops supermarket restaurants etc. but away from the direct busyness of Kingston and potential noise of restaurants etc.

The only thing I would recommend is to offer to provide lighter weight blankets in addition to doonas on beds. Its often too warm to use a doona and so a waste. But this is a small matter and is common to many properties.

The apartments in Knightsbridge are state of the art and spacious. The kitchen is fully equiped incl. dishwasher, big fridge etc and comes with huge space for kooking. Also the bedroom and the bathroom score with plenty of space. Everthing is very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff is always courteous and helpful. Just in a few minutes by walk you will find both Kingston's best restaurants and bars as well as the famous Kingston Foreshore area with its restaurants and bares. By bus the CBD is reachable in 15 minutes and they operate every roughly 10 minutes. Tu sum up, I really loved my stay within Knightsbridge!
