The size of the apartment was excellent. We would have preferred more towels for 6 people. For some reason there were only 5. The lounge coach was a bit grubby and in need of an update to be honest. The kitchen was well stocked but it would have been preferable to have some kitchen scissors and the carving knives to be sharp. They were a bit blunt. We were supplied with plenty of dishwashing materials and the dishwasher worked well as did the laundry machines. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying there again.

Kitchen knives could have been sharper. More bathroom towels would have also been appreciated for a 5 day stay. One carpark for a 3 bedroom apartment was poor. Should've been able to have 2 parks as the facility wasn't at capacity.

The ample room in the three bedroom apartment, comfy beds and location to major Canberra attractions. Having the apartment serviced whilst we were there, was an unexpected pleasure. The undercover car park made for easy retrieval of luggage etc, in inclement weather. We also enjoyed the sense of security provided with locked gates and key access to car park.

Well . . . it has to be the 35 stairs to get to our apartment. Had there been a dumb waiter to transport bags, groceries and alike, it would have made the world of difference. Whilst the kitchen was well appointed, the pots and pans left a lot to be desired. The fry pan was in need of replacement and the saucepans were missing lids. These things wouldn't stop us recommending this location to family and friends, but need to be addressed all the same.

The apartments are well furnished and clean inside. Comfortable for a family stay. The communal outdoor entertaining areas looked good. The location to Kingston marketplace and Canberra sights is excellent. Carpark is secured.

The stairwells and exteriors looked grubby and a little tired. The dryer would only work intermittently and was a potential fire hazard. The kitchen needs refreshing to keep up with the rest of the apartments decor. Even a new splashback would make a difference. More than four place settings would be welcome too. Mobile reception and wi-fi leaves a little to be desired, but I understand that's a Kingston wide issue.

The property was easy to find and had secure parking. We needed a two bedroom accommodation due to medical reasons, so this was a great place to get this. The beds were more comfortable than I was expecting. Bathroom had laundry facilities as well.

Because one of us had a knee injury, walking was difficult and the closest park to our accommodation was not possible to get into as another guest had a long vehicle next to this park which made it impossible to pull into the park as I couldn’t swing around it without hitting the pillar on the left. Also, other guests were very noisy in the staircase and we could hear someone snoring loudly in the next room during the night.

Nice location - Kingston is a really lovely area with everything you need and it makes a great base for exploring Canberra. The units are spacious, modern and well appointed with all the basics. Check-in and out was smooth and we really enjoyed our stay.

The main issue for us was stairs. I originally booked a 3 bed apartment but was informed about the stairs and changed my booking for two smaller units, however we still had one or two flights of stairs to reach them. The two units I booked were not very close together either which was a shame. And the whole building is spread across different levels so our cars were also a few flights of stairs apart. We managed okay but not ideal for anyone with limited mobility. It's worth noting it is popular accommodation for those working in Canberra, including quite a few tradies and we were woken quite early by some loud ones

Location - walking distance to Manuka Oval where we were watching international cricket. Also close to cafes in Kingston (Lava for best coffee & Messina for gelato). Kingston Tavern is excellent for meals. Apartment was clean & very comfortable. There’s no lift, so book ground floor apts if you have any mobility issues. Secure parking is a good. It’s our go to place when in Canberra. So would recommend.

Nothing really. Maybe a bit of maintenance on squeaky cupboard doors & our front door.

Location mid way between Manuka and Kingston which was great. Beds comfortable, and thank god the air conditioning (heat) worked well. It was a home away from home.

We booked a four bedroom apartment, for a party of four, with 2 cars but only allowed 1 car space. Please leave instructions for the washing machine as the previous occupant put washing powder in the final rinse section, which I had to clean out, thanks to Google which showed me what to do. Please ensure that the cooktop isn’t locked, as I struggled to figure out how to switch it on. When I rang reception, they said someone would come up and help. No one arrived. No elevator for the upper levels.

Surprise upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment was so appreciated when travelling with a baby, thank you! Apartment was spacious and clean and comfy. The team had put a highchair in the room for our arrival too.

The carparks were quite narrow which isn't ideal when unpacking the car. Our room was also accessed via the carpark which was convenient but on the Saturday night there were a lot of drunk people yelling in the middle of the night as they walked back to their rooms and on Sunday morning, people blasting their GPS on their motorbike pre 7am, so it was not the most restful night sleep - so be mindful when booking a ground floor apartment.

Handy location for the major sights in the Triangle of Canberra. Easy access and parking was fine. Apartment was spacious and pretty clean. Kitchen had a reasonable supply of crockery/utensils and tea/coffee, UHT jiggers of milk and sugar. Full sized fridge and freezer. Room serviced 3 times a week.

There was a bit of passing street noise as the windows are not double glazed. The lounge suite/chairs were pretty firm - a bit like being in a doctor’s rooms - not built for comfort or style, but they do the job.

The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was in a great location for us and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We will stay again next time we are in Canberra.

Overall the stay was really good the only down side was the parking spots are quite small and the parking area was a little confusing as we had to leave the area where we checked in and had to drive around to the opposite side of the property to gain entry.
