Great place for kids under 10 the older ones were left to their own demise and made the 7,8,9,10x feel uncomfortable at over 10 they could run amok while their parents relaxed at their caravans tents or cabins

The older kids stealing kids croc charms the putting crocs back somewhere easy to find missing charms also they would hang near the play park swearing and squealing which was close to our cabin once I mentioned it to the staff the second last night they kept the lights so it was pitch black

It was clean and comfortable. As this was an extended family get together-- everyone was reasonably close to each other. Next door to the park is the Soldiers Point Bowling club, where we had our family function. The children had plenty of activities in the park no matter the weather conditions.

We experienced heavy rain whilst there, and some of the group who were camping had a lot of water around their tents. So perhaps the drainage in that area could be improved.

The Airstream caravan had the right amount of space for a family of four and was equipped with all the essentials we needed to call it our home away from home.. the ensuite was nothing short of luxurious and the outdoor setting, bbq fitted with a sink and fridge, with an outdoor tv was the perfect entertaining and living area to make our stay even more special. It certainly exceeded our expectations. We will be coming back again next year!

There was nothing not to like about the property..

Excellent holiday park in excellent location and close to other restaurants venues. Great entertainment for children of all ages around the park, excellent friendly staff and clean and modernized facilities. you can see that the staff take great care of the park. the best touch was the text message updates to make you aware of all goings on. felt very connected it is a great idea! and the coffee cart in the mornings :-)

The only reservation I have is the price for the cabin that we stayed in, there was no issues with the cabin, however it was slightly old, and we paid $500 a night for two people and a small 6 year old child - albeit it was peak season at Easter and we understand pricing is higher, however, would have liked the pricing to be slightly cheaper for a holiday park.

I loved the location. The park itself has everything a family would love in a van park. It has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. A bowling alley and a tennis court. A games room, a jumping pillow, and a beautiful BBQ area. You can hire pedal cars too. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

My only complaint would be that some of the cabins back onto van sites. I kept the kitchen blind shut. I felt it gave the people sitting outside their van and us more privacy. So they didn't feel like they were being stared at when we were at the kitchen sink.🤣

Great location - so close to the ocean!! Great facilities for kids. Friendly staff. Wonderful get away from home.

$20 hire for a high chair was abit expensive. Considering the high chair was too small for my son and he used it once. Most parks don’t charge a fee. The kids club activity hall wasn’t open during the week. There was no basketball / soccer nets. Sheets and towels were changed mid- stay like other parks we have stayed in.

There are lots of activities for kids regardless of the weather. Indoor pool is the most popular and even though it is always packed is still large enough so everybody can enjoy. The room was comfortable and everything worked well. Sure a place to come back.

Even though the facilities are great they need some more maintenance. Indoor pool had a broken snake water play which was removed but all the screws and holes are still on the floor which could hurt a child. Some ropes on the slides were broken as well, just hanging in there. Outdoor pool had some floor tiles with sharp end which could potentially hurt a child as well. Overall the place is great but maintenance is definitely needed.

The holiday park was great value for money, with so many great options for the kids and for various ages too.

Really the only suggestion is that maybe solar heating the outdoor pool would be a good option. There were so many kids who were still giving it a go, but crying from the near freezing water temp. But I’m sure it would be great in Summer though

The cabin was lovely. There was enough spare for my husband, myself, our two kids (2 and 4 year olds) and my mother in law. Bunk beds were decent size with enough room for adults to use them. Cabin was nice and clean with reverse cycle aircon.

We were a little disappointed that in winter the facilities close so early aprox 4.30-5pm as a large part of the reason we booked here was for the facilities for the kids to have something to do but even the indoor climbing gym and indoor games room close at sundown.

Excellent holiday park with wonderful activities for very active children. We loved the bowling alley, tennis, jumping pillow and the pools. We would definitely visit again!

The second room with bunks was very small. It was fine for two nights but the bunks wouldn't be big enough for families with older children/teens, especially if they are tall!
