Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception was so very friendly. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was perfect, the beds were very comfy and the whole unit was spotlessly clean, The Thai restaurant over the road was hands down, the BEST restaurant I have been to in quite a long while ! A bonus !!

We have no complaints whatsoever ! Everything was just right.

Booking in was easy enough with no reception. Rooms are great, spacious and comfortable although not serviced daily. Lady who services the rooms after guests leave is very friendly and obliging and did take our rubbish when the bin was full.

No toaster in the room but K Mart not far away so bought a cheap one there. I thought the water pressure in the shower was very low but I do understand the need for water conservation.

Very clean, modern rooms. Bathrooms modernised and fresh. 24 hour check in was easy. Quite a nice motel. Very pleasant.

Old type wall mounted air-conditioning. Were relatively new and in good working order, but noisy especially when mounted above bed. I expect as part of modernisation of rooms, it's the last item on the list, to migrate to quiet and efficient split systems. Decor was fresh. I give the rooms 8 out of 10. 10 out of 10 with split system air-conditioning. Rooms were a little pricey @$165/night.

Staff person was on site when we arrived. Room was very clean with what seemed to be new table, chairs, and bench. Nice and quiet. Hedge along boundary insulated us from road noise. Both swimming pools were excellent. BBQ area very nice. I sat there and did some reading. Cleaner very friendly in the morning.

Fridge could have been a little colder.

Beds were quite comfortable and a reasonable sized room. Well thought out décor making the room feel modern, allowing for age of the building.

There were some area of the room that had not been dusted for a while. There were only two low wattage lights in bathroom on the wall and no light above the shower making it dim. Noting how cold it is during winter a heat lamp in the bathroom ceiling would have been better

big enough room for family of 4. teenagers boys. good wifi. good TV size. block out curtains to allow sleep in. easy parking. boys could do some soccer kicking around pool, car park area when empty and next to a park for running around.

bigger cups for tea coffee would be nice. didn’t have a laundromats but no big deal for overnight stay.

Loved their attention to detail. lovely thick towels. and nicely refurbished. Loved the Artwork appropriate for being near Dubbo Zoo.

The only suggestion I would have is maybe have a Toaster and a couple of plates. As it was a traveling stop off to be able to make a quick breakfast. That would be a welcoming addition. But would return again.

We LOVED the big deep swimming pool and garden area. We will come back everytime and stay when here when we are in Dubbo just for that -as well as the clean comfortable beds and unique artworks.

I couldnt find the aircon remote

It was easy to book and check in. Everything was clean and tidy and was a nice price! Everything was a short drive away would recommend

The mattress was a little hard but I am very picky with my mattress

Everything was set out well in the room. It was light and not stuffy. Room did not smell old and musty like some other motels. Pool area was very nice.
