room was clean and had a nice sleep, food at the restraunt was excellent. Friendly staff

Great location, lots of take away shops close. Short drive to the town main street. Very friendly helpful staff. Love the big rooms and warm quiet aircon. Good hot shower. The room had a big TV which made my husband very happy.

I needed to do some laundry, but every time I went to check the washing machine it was still full with towels and other things with the front loader door locked. Really annoying when you realise you may have to wash underwear in the bathroom sink.

The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect for us as my daughter is working at the western plains Zoo we have stayed here over 10 times now sometimes 2weeks at a time it’s one of our favourites in Dubbo , the new management is improving the facilities all the time.

The car parking gets very busy at around 4 pm when the tradies all come back after working can be difficult to get a park inside so you may have to park on the street outside if arriving late . This is because it’s popular and always busy but rooms are very quiet .

Spa only bath shape and style not hot tub as advertised in photos but comfortable and functionable When taking shower, as no shower curtain, water ended up on floor and ran across bathroom, shower itself was good. DVD player provided but no HDM1 cord attachment to TV or available from reception Booked room for two nights but cleaners opened door early to clean after first night without knocking. Did not return to clean room or bathroom - unknown whether this is a provided service.

Great location, easy to walk for meals and shopping. Air conditioning was great, as we were there over a weekend for athletics, and it was extremely high temps. It was great to have so many bottles of water in the fridge as well, and the biscuits were tasty. Beds are comfortable.

Carparking is a little tight when it is full. We had a disturbance at 2am on our first night, with Police arresting someone in the carpark, but this is not the fault of the motel. We checked in late and left early, so didn't interact with reception in person.

Very easy to find the Motel. Signage is great. Greeted by friendly staff at reception. A/C was on in our room, which was a blessing as it was 36⁰. Cold bottled water in the fridge - much nicer than a water jug that we have had in other accommodations. The room was very clean. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Spacious bathroom with a great shower. Central Motel, close to everywhere. The Pool is a great size. A few children were using it whilst we were there.

The only downside was not having room allocated parking. Just had to find a spot and hope you didn't miss out. The on-site restaurant is closed, but we weren't worried about that.

The room was very clean and tidy, with towels Rolled and on the bed. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I used my own pillow as I have issues with uncomfortable hotel pillows.

The only thing I would say was that I didn't like the Fridge. I was woken by the noise of the fridge coming on. I would say the fridges are years old and could do with being upgraded. I like to have ice available when I stay at Hotels and there was no Ice tray in the freezer compartment, only melted water.

Late check in. Air conditioning. Comfort.

We arrived late, arranging to pick the key pick up by txt message was a problem complicated by the rules as explained by the receptionist. Sending a txt message to my partner's phone would have been the reasonable thing to do since her phone was receiving messages at Cobar and mine wasn't. We both spoke to the receptionist on the phone at the time... trusting people can be difficult and I understand that she was following instructions however it felt unnecessarily restrictive.

Having a veranda upstairs means I can leave a door open for fresh air while maintaining privacy. The room is close to the stairs to below. And the sofa is comfy for reading. TV has subtitles which is great. I enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool. Guests around the pool were friendly. And a lady working in the dining room was very helpful to me. So, I have enjoyed my stay.

Had to park my car on the other side of the car park. There was some dirt n debris from the trees that hadn't been' swept clean on the veranda. The seat cushions could have been kept in the storage n provided when asked.

I liked the price, in comparison with the alternatives. The motel is well situated and the parking ranges from good to almost good, depending what is left. The beds are comfortable and the road noise is generally minimal.

I didn't like the Travel Sustainable Level 2. All things being equal, I would chose a motel that is not into Virtue Signalling and Green Washing. We all know that sustainability, climate change, doomsday etc is all a scam, along with Green Washing. The bathrooms could do with some form of heating.
