The receptionist Gail was very informative, friendly and 10/10 customer service. We are no relation at all. We were there for a wedding and this accommodation was the perfect spot for EVERYTHING!! Hair and make up across the road, room service was beyond exceptional and the food came from the club across the road. We are from the Gold Coast and we cannot stop bragging about the food. We sunk into our bed and slept like babies. Location Location Location.. safe and quiet and close to everything we needed. Thank u so much

Breakfast was bacon and eggs with toast, fruit and coffee/tea. Hot and cooked well. The serve of fruit was over priced- prepacked little container such as can be bought in multipacks at supermarket- so I wouldn't buy again at $4 for a single serve. Brewed coffee was excellent. Overall all fair value for money especially being in room service.

Very clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again. It was very cold the night we stayed but you wouldnt have know as the heaters did a great job. The parking out the back was also a bonus

Having to pay a $200 key bond when I thought the room cost was already quite high. Having to use a credit card for this and then have it returned after a couple of days is frustrating.

the lovely lady on check in who was very helpful especially when we had to tell her their was a problem with a room. it was no problem at all to change and the room we ended up with was excellent! also the reception next day were super helpful and accommodating. thank you

Gates are locked at night. totally safe. Room key needed to open gates and doors at night. have booked in again for a longer stay next month. Loved it. opal cave

5 minutes after 10 am checkout time I was still loading the car, but the Keys to the room and gate were deactivated . I’ll have to remember to get going quicker. I have booked in again, even for a longer stay in May.

Motel linked to RSL Club across the road. Club is open for meals well after other options have closed (I was a late arrival) Motel also gives access to RSL Sport Complex. Very extensive gym with full range of equipment and free weights as well as cardio machines. Complex also has a large indoor pool. Overall, excellent value.

Rooms clean and had very little outside noise. Great water pressure in the shower.

Shower has nothing to put your shower items onto. Unable to place mat outside shower door where you step out as the door is close to the ground therefore floor gets wet and slippery. Amount of stairs for carrying luggage up. Not ideal for infirm or elderly

Great location, exceptionally clean with a good range of toiletries. Check in was easy and very friendly and professional. The menu for room service was great and offered a good variety of well priced meals. The red wine bought at Reception was excellent

Bed was a little too small but still ok for two average sized adults.

Motel was in a great location with the club just across the road. Was excellent bonus that we got to use the full gym & 8 lap 25 metre pool in the club for free. Staff were exceptional and friendly upon our early arrival. Ice machine, toaster & microwave as well as washing machine & dryer were a bonus.

Nothing- everything was great- would stay her again.

Location was very convenient. We found it was accessible to shops. Easy to locate.

My husband has mobility issues & found it difficult to use the shower. That was my fault for not requesting a walk-in shower. Next time I will make sure I ask for a walk-in shower.
