The room matched up to the photos, looked like it had been renovated in the last few years and was quite clean. The location was pretty central, walkable to the main shops area.

These are only small nit-picky items and didnt effect my overall experience. There is a small upper level, and our room was underneath, there was a bit of noise from the upstairs room. The aircon/heater unit didnt seem to work well. I turned the temperature up to 30 degrees, and the room never got warm. The shutters didnt fit in the windows properly, so there was a bit of light coming through, would be an issue if you like a dark room.

An older style motel, but I knew from their website and comments they were working on upgrading rooms. Comfortable bed, soft towels, including face washers. Good wifi. Surprised at some of the negative comments about the included breakfast. This is not a five star Sydney hotel with harbour views and breakfast buffet place that you've booked into. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, good quality fresh orange juice, 3 different cereals, real full cream milk, a number of different breads, butter, honey, jam and marmalade, plus coffee and tea. Despite the main road being close the room was very quiet. Only comment - a hand towel would have been good.

Staff were lovely and ver accommodating to our needs. Rooms were spacious and set up well with lots of bench space.

The pool area needed a bit of maintenance to the surrounds.

Just a that the restaurant wasn't open as they were struggling to get a chef but this isn't a reflection on the hotel but more of an issue that a lot of businesses are going through since the pandemic.

The friendly and helpful staff especially Adam at reception,ease of parking and location to shops,hotels and city centre. there was also a free light breakfast available so I would definitely stay again.

My experience was excellent all around so next time I hope to stay longer to explore the Dubbo and it's many attractions

Could park close to door. Room relatively well equipped and clean. Breakfast fair selection and opportunity to meet people.

Brightness from air-con unit display irritated my spouse. Had to turn off to sleep.

Friendly reception. Close to local eating places, good quality continental breakfast supplied in cost of accommodation.

Affordable, clean and comfortable room with nice hot shower. Great for an overnight stopover that includes free continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Location was good close to two service stations and a pub over the road.

Only thing I could fault is the extremely small bathroom.

This room had everything we needed after a few days out west. It was clean, warm and comfortable. Even though it’s close to a main road, it was very quiet. Anthony was friendly and accommodating. We were able to book at very short notice.
