The size of the room was perfect. Lots of space and very clean. The room was fairly soundproof, so being close to the highway wasn't so loud. I love how family oriented it is for people with kids, and you only have to cross the road to be able to access food. The BBQ area is perfect to cook up a feed, and the swimming pool is great to cool off in on a hot summer day. My kids loved how they had games to entertain them to play, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We will recommend to family and friends

When we flushed our toilet, it was a little noisy, so it was worried other guests might hear it through the night and disturb them.

The room was super clean, well set up, and a great size. We really appreciated all the extra things you provided, i.e. biscuits, milk, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc. We were very impressed, and grateful to you for everything, as after driving for 12hrs straight, it was great to come to your motel and enjoy lovely facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for your staff, and the price was very very reasonable.

There is nothing at all that we were disappointed about. Everything exceeded expectations.

Great space for everyone, outdoor bbq area with tools supplied, food places over road, walking to supermarket, washing machine and dryer. Saw there was an electric car charger available. Black out curtains. Close to zoo. Staff helpful in providing everything we needed.

Parking was tight and when we arrived only two spots were left. Bring a bigger car it was a struggle to unpack. Second day we got better spots.

Great location with easy access to a variety of food outlets across the road & walking distance to RSL Club & Commerical Hotel with good steak & vegetable meals etc. Our room was ground level & free car parking outside our room. Room was clean & tidy with laundry facilities within the Motor Inn complex. Recycle bins in room, proceeds to go to the local charity. Same applied to the small fee $5.00 for using the laundry facilities. Outside featured shearing theme around the complex.

Nothing we did not like. All facilities catered for.

We arrived and was greeted by the loveliest lady on reception, down to earth and happy. Our room was extremely clean and spacious. The bath was huge! The coffee machine was a great touch! 100% would stay here everytime we visited Dubbo.

The carports are a little tight when fully booked, but that is the only thing I can think to "complain" about. I honestly can not think of anything else.

I loved the little quirky sheep pictures and ornaments and the overall sheep theme - its really nicely done,we had the disabled room which was very spacious, the owners provide transport to the airport but she went above and beyond that providing transport to another venue before we went to the airport , we were extremely grateful. It is opposite a number of restaurants including the Rose Thai restaurant which serves delicious food. It has very good onsite parking and everything you could need. The complex is close to town and all amenities.

Nothing to complain about here , its a very nice Motor Inn to stay in .

Ease of location

The car park. This is an open car park, but reversing out of the parks was not easy. It seems the car park is not well designed, and it made it difficult when leaving the car space. You were very close to hitting either vehicles on your sides or the ones behind. I have a medium-sized SUV with a good turning circle, but it was difficult to get out.

Walking distance to several restaurants and supermarkets. Short drive to the zoo. Complimentary milk upon arrival. Variety of board games for us to use. Competitively priced for families who need two adjoining bedrooms and a living area

It was clean, modern, close to all the spots we wanted to go. Large bathroom with lovely hot shower and water pressure 🥰 Bed was comfy

Car park gets a little tight when rooms are full. A bit like playing Tetris if you have a large, long car. And the sheets on the bed are noisy. I could hear everytime my son or husband moved in bed through the night

A very well appointed room- clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was good size and appeared to have been recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable as was the two seater lounge in our room. Would happily stay there again

We were on the ground floor and the noise from footsteps in the room above was a little annoying. There was a domestic argument that occurred during the night with other guests close by our room which went on for about 30 minutes which woke us up and probably others as well- not something that could have been predicted but it caused some interruption to our stay.
