Orana Motel

Loved how the towels were displayed on the beds with mentos & welcome note very cute. The Rooms decor was very elegant the cushions added that extra touch making it feel homey. The bed was big enough to fit My family of 3 without compromising Comfort in anyway. We Had the best sleep didnt want to check out @ 10am thats how comfy we were. The shower was amazing could of sat in there for hours🤙👍. The kitchnette had what we needed to prevare a Light snack & get our 1 year old settled in for the night . Cookies & milk provided was very thoughtful. Our Room was exceptionally clean, spotless & very modern indeed. Will deffs b a returning customer

Very morden styled room with great simple decor. Comfortable king oversized bed. Very clean, tidy and decent sized room. Great water pressure in the shower. Air conditioned room. Lots of Power point's around the room for our convenience. Vending machines available in the complex. Plenty of free parking available to choose from (also electric car charging stations if needed). Staff very polite and helpful. Fresh towels everyday. Instant coffee and tea provided in the room. A lift if needed to get to the 2nd floor rooms. A swimming pool. Cameras for security on the property. Block out blinds in the window to have a bit of a sleep in. Netflix included in our room. Over all a beautiful place to stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Breakfast wasn't included. Although it was available for an additional payment per person, per day it would have been a little bit more value for money if included in the price we paid. $50 between the both of us each morning is a bit rich for us. There was no phone in our room to call even if we wanted to book in for breakfast or if we had any issues. (Didn't realise till our check out morning that there wasn't a phone that we could see. If seen earlier, I'm sure that Garry and Sharon would have fixed this issue for us if we had spoken to them about this) Other than these small issues, I would definitely stay here again, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!

The executive room was very clean and well kept. The location was very close to eateries, and the main town centre. Our room was quiet enough, close to the main road, traffic wasn't too noisy. Overall, our stay was above expectations for the 'motel' style of stay

The staff was very unengaged from the time of check-in to the time of check out. Usually, one would be welcomed with a comment, "Enjoy your stay. " .. or asked, 'How was everything.. " once you hand in the key!! We were just greeted with hello and goodbye. The place was still nice to stay at, regardless. The mattress was also too soft. Not very good for people with lower back problems.

very clean and neat property for our family stay while visiting. Rooms were great size, and really nicely renovated. The general motel area was also very neat and clean which was great. The costs involved in the renovations can be noticed as everything was really clean and neat. I felt very comfortable having my children stay here and will book again on our next stay.

If there was one negative, I just think the bathrooms need a heat lamp, due to the cold, especially for children of a night time and morning but this is just how our bathroom is set up so I’m used to my own comforts.

Convenient to the middle of town, easy to park and good security. Clean, comfortable room with minor deficiencies. Guest laundry was useful. Staff were helpful. Very quiet despite being on the highway - excellent soundproofing. A good little pool with nice outdoor sitting area in the shade for hot days.

The quality of the linen, particularly the towels which were horrible and didn't dry at all. The bedside lights didn't work properly. The kitchen shelf was very small. An obscure blind to the rear carpark was a bit unnerving as it seemed likely that people could see straight in at night with our lights on.

The location is great as we planned for the Dubbo zoo. It is newly renovated, so all are new and mostly in good conditions. For the price that they charge - 5 stars. We stayed 2 nights and the room was tidy up after the first night. Honestly didn’t expect that at this price point! Well done!! Have Netflix and Stan as well!

Some minor things, we have the family room, the electric blankets on the 2 single bed doesn’t work, 2 of the bed light doesn’t work. Minor stuff but suggest to have it fix as small things show how much do you care. 😄

on big street- easy to find, near the CBD , very quiet even on side of busy road, available Wi-Fi , vending machine, BBQ area, laundry service, friendly receptionist, available local services brochures ( restaurants, meal delivery, tourist attractive places), room was cleaned, well maintained, provided hand wash liquids, conditioner, shampoo, clothes ion, kettle, biscuits, sugar, cutlery, dishes, bowl…, spacious car park.

the mattress of the 2 single beds are a little sag in the middle - room 16 it’s will be best if the hotel also provides 1 time use hair brush, toothpaste, toothbrush.

Modern motel located in the heart of Dubbo. Friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Room a decent size. Beds and pillows comfortable and impeccably clean. Access to Menulog deliveries and many food establishments close by.

Designated smoking areas in two locations near rooms. People were walking past constantly at all hours and we could smell cigarette smoke. Laundry facility closed at 7.30pm and was inaccessible when we would get back and need to use it. Likewise the pool closed at 9 so could not be used.

The Motel had strong COVID prevention practices in place. The room on the first floor was accessible by lift All facilities were well appointed and clean. The Motel advertises that they "They Sell Sleep" and they do!! There was a separate smoking area for those that still indulge!! It is well located with an on-site Korean restaurant as well as an excellent Thai and a good Japanese restaurant close by,

Nothing to dislike - but note that parking on the site can become a little congested in the late evening.

The motel was clean and modern, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely, clean, had extra pillows and blankets, plenty of hangers for clothes and the bed was SO comfortable. The room was nice and dark at night and quiet as well. There was plenty of parking and the lot has a locking gate at night which made the property seem very secure.

There was very little that we didn't like. If I had to pick anything, the towels were quite small - although good quality and very absorbent, and the toilet paper was scratchy. But those were honestly our only complaints and we would still happily stay at Orana again.
