Location good for our needs. Clean comfortable room. Clean ensuite, good shower.

Only negative point: no Gideon placed Bible in room. Many people find these very helpful.

The room was clean and tidy. The shower has a screen and the water was good and hot. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty tea and coffee supplies. We had our own milk as I do not like the sort that was provided. Thats my preference and I accept that. The Homestead Motel was easily located in Dubbo.

The only thing I can think of was the milk that was provided for our use. That is my preference and no one is responsible for that. I found the staff very polite and I am sure that it could have been retified if I wanted it.

I was pleasantly surprised with our room, even though I had requested a ground floor room, we were given an upstairs one and we were very happy with what we were given.It was a large room , 2 beds, plenty of room, kitchenette and large shower ensuite , this room appears to have been refurbished and was very comfortable. good parking and close to town and right next door to the Lingling Thai Restaurant which is very good.

for a 2 night stay we had no complaints at all

Love staying here, Staff are super kind and always accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean and I always feel staff there when travelling for work. Pool is clean, nice way to wind down. Close to fast food outlets and bakery is next door and not far from Main Street. Great value for money

I would only say mattress toppers on beds would help make a better sleep as they are little hard

Very easy to book,staff friendly and welcoming.Room very clean and comfy bed and loved the upgraded and renovated bathroom What more is there to say we were very happy and the price was very comparable also.Good value for money.Stayed x 2 nights for medical appts and even had room serviced which was lovely and unexpected.

The receptionist recommended what he thought is the best pizza in Dubbo. We tried it and it was pretty damn good! The rooms looked nice, bed was comfy, plenty of spare pillows, and basic cutlery/crockery to get us through. The cleaner found a plushie that I brought and placed it on the bed after making it which was adorable :)

We stayed here for one night on a work trip and our room had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and warm. The motel is on the main road but we had no issue with noise. The linen was crisp and clean, the pillows were comfy and the shower was amazing. We also got in really late after being delayed and when we called the owner at 11.30pm he got up and helped us out without complaint. He was friendly and really accommodating which we really appreciated after a long night drive from Sydney. The booking and payment process was easy. A simple motel but perfect for travellers just needing a bed for the night.

First impressions of the motel were not good, but the reality was better. Bed was comfortable. Room to have two small suitcases open and accessible. Room was clean. Good aircon (stayed during a heatwave). Ample parking.

Tiny bathroom. Glasses and plates provided weren't washed properly which was disappointing as the room was very clean.

It was as per the reviews, very good and value for money. The room was spacious enough for one person, did not hear any sound from the neighbouring apartment and the bed was comfortable. The toilet was clean and lovely flow of hot water after a weary, long drive. Sufficient bed linen and amenities.

A cold welcoming bottle of water would have been welcome especially after driving in the heat.

Very clean, everything was new. Air Conditioner worked well, it had a kettle, toaster and microwave. Knives, forks, spoons, 2 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. No plates but that was ok, had our own. In the bathroom there was hand soap dispenser, hand cream dispenser and hairdryer. In the shower there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Ironing board and iron. Doesn't look much from the outside but plesantly surprised with the room. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows. Good location, walking distance from restaurants and the RSL. Easy check in and checkout. Friendly staff.

Only with the appearance of the outside. There is a overpass in the middle drive way that's seems have been damaged previously. But makes no difference to the stay, its just cosmetic.
