Great position in the town, directly opposite the beach and very easy walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with heaps of glasses and plates. I liked the line for washing on the terrace. The decor was really nice and the complex in general seemed well kept.

It was actually quite grubby with visible finger prints on cupboards and switches. The kitchen bench needed wiping and there were marks all over the coffee table, lounge and stools. Also the louvre panel next to the front door was damaged and anyone could easily put their arm thru and open the door to gain access to the apart. I did manage to get a key to lock internal doors. multiple light globes were not working.

We had a beachfront apartment 219. We actually saw a whale from the balcony. Plenty of eateries and shops right on the doorstep. The beautiful beach out the front. comfortable beds. They apartment had 3 bedrooms and had everything you’d need including full laundry. Would highly recommend a beach view room

They only thing I could say, and that’s just being picky, but the doonas were way to hot and heavy. just a blanket would have been enough and that was in winter. Also it would have been good if the pool was heated. it looks like it’s never used.

The location was amazing, close to shops and the beach. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. Had a washing machine and dryer, which is always a bonus when you have kids. I was very surprised at how soundproof the apartment was, too. Didn't hear the neighbours once. Overall, it was a beautiful apartment, which I thought was quite well priced.

I'm not sure if it was just a temporary issue, but the shower was really cold on the first night. By the second night, the water was quite hot. Couldn't really fault it otherwise, and I would definitely stay again.

great location, walking distance to everything

we had a late check in, arriving at 11:15pm with 3 kids under 6, and tried to keep them asleep and transfer them, only to find out our room hadn’t been cleaned (beds unmade, dirty towels on ground etc). had to call emergency reception, took over an hour to sort it and by now our kids were up and couldn’t get back to sleep til 2:30am. frustrating. they did upgrade our room which was nice but I’d expect an upgrade after that debacle. otherwise it was a great stay.

The property was newly renovated inside. Large and very clean. Great location across road from beach and walking to all shops and restaurants.

The only thing is if you must have a window in your bedroom there wasn’t one in the third bedroom but there was a fan so just put that on for air circulation. Would be great too if there was a fly screen on the balcony door (so could leave door open) . Also no coffee machine ( but so many places nearby to purchase a coffee) if you are one to want a coffee machine!

Location is excellent. Great size apartment, well equipped.Absolutely beautiful view. Odette ( I hope that is her name) was exceptional in her service.

The apartment is very very tired and in desperate need of some maintenance. The ensuite shower is very mouldy. Both bathrooms appear to have non functioning exhaust fans so both very wet, Ensuite shower has broken shelf with part still sticking out of the wall. Some blinds not working properly. Broken floor tiles inside.

Was nice and homely however spa was cold never warm the staff need more training we checked in the young lady on the desk took my card and license etc to take payment ( I had assumed ) and license details only to have an older lady come storming into our room on day 4 demanding $1000 and if not we had to get out I had already organized with front desk that same morning that I would have the funds by 1pm ( as didn't quite have enough to cover the $100 due to spending because I thought we had already paid on check in ) she said cool I'll put a note on there and then 10 mins later we are getting kicked out kids me and hubby and told we better get all our belongings at once otherwise they will be locking room and keeping whatever was left in there etc but other then that the unit was huge and homely full kitchen etc

1) Parking is very expensive ($20/night) 2) Rooms were not cleaned properly and rubbish and sand left in areas around the unit particularly corners of some rooms 3) Main Entry to complex is through very busy cafe/Restaurant and out of hours entry door blocked by tables 4) Pool and Spa area very old and dirty looking. Needs a good clean 5) The general outlook of the complex surrounds internally looks old and needs a good clean

Loved the location. Directly opposite the beach and surf club. Quite a few great cafes and little shops along the esplanade as well. We booked a three bed apartment - so spacious!!

Quite a few minor issues. The spa and also the sauna was unserviceable. The whole resort is a little tired and in need of repairs, however, post Covid I guess that's to be expected. It is clean and pretty quiet. NB: Keep an eye on parking. If you do not book it, make sure you advise Reception as they will still charge you for it!! Very naughty I think! All staff we had interactions with were lovely though!!

Great location and spacious apartments for a family or group.

We rented the 3BR rooftop with hot tub. The hot tub was not in a state to use, the water stank and was not clear, we approached the reception twice about it but they only poured some odour liquid in it. Not worth the extra for rooftop and spa though, hubby had to hose off and sweep the rooftop when we got there. Foxtel also didn’t work.
