Cobb & Co Court Boutique Hotel

Hotel is situated in a great location, close to cafes & boutique stores. The supermarket is close by too. The room we had faced the Main Street but it was quiet. The carpeted floor and room heating made it comfortable. We did have a room with a kitchen but because of the location we barely used it. The location made it ideal for a relaxed trip away.

The limited time on the parking on a weekday made it challenging. They do give you a heads up on the time restrictions. However if you’re out during the day driving around it’s not really an issue.

The room and bathroom facility were very good. In terms of location we were looking for a quality hotel/motel in a central location to be able to walk around town. We had a breakfast and a dinner meal at the restaurant and both were very good plus the atmosphere of the converted stables was very comfortable and unusual.

Understandable in the context of the location but no off street parking was a small minus with the need then to be mindful of time restrictions in the morning.

The oom was spacious and nice enough. THe furnishings weren't really in keeping with the age of the building and style they were going for, but in a country where antiques are at a premium that's hard to acheive. The bed was superemely comfortable. Location was excelent and a very short walk into the town centre.

It was disapointing to find that the resteraunt was closed when there being an adjoined resteraunt was the main reason for us booking the room at Cobb & Co.

I have been to many hotels try to capture "Yesteryear" and just come across as Old and Stuffy. Cobb and Co is completely the opposite. I stayed in one of the Spa Suites it was like stepping into Howard Hughes bedroom, or at least the depictions of The White House you see on TV. The decor is classic but so very fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I will be back

A Cobb & Co Teddy in a cellophane bag was on our pillow when we entered the hotel room, on closer inspection it had a $35 price tag. I felt this tactic was a bit cheap, Other than a minibar, if it is not complementary, please advertise it in reception, or at least put the teddy by the minibar.

It was very central to everything. Beautiful, clean environment. Historic building with lots of great amenities.

There is no onsite space for smokers, my husband had to completely leave the complex to have a cigarette, I know it’s not a socially acceptable thing to do these day, but I feel there should be a space available so he doesn’t have to leave the premises completely. I also didn’t like that people were dinning right outside our bedroom door, before we got out of bed.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment because we were traveling with our two teen-aged children - one stayed on the pull-out couch in the living room and the other lucky one had a room to themselves! When we walked into the rooms we all said "Wow!" It was so beautiful! Very fine pieces of wooden furniture, lovely tile in the entryway, and a gorgeous big bathroom. The beds were also lovely sleigh beds. We were happy to discover that the lounge room opened onto the balcony outside, where we sat and had a cup of tea and some of the tasty cookies baked by the wife of the owner. We loved them and bought several bags to take home. Thank you for a lovely stay! We hope to be back next year!

The hotel is everything it promises in its advertisements. We upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was magnificent. Beautifully appointed and spacious, our accommodation had everything to make us feel comfortable. Authentically styled and decorated throughout, the whole hotel is well presented in accordance with its 1850’s heritage. We had a wonderful time thanks to the staff who were extremely helpful at all times. We can’t recommend this property enough. We had a wonderful visit.

We loved everything, there was nothing to criticise.

A central location in the heart of Mudgee. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary - the room far exceeded our expectation. A large apartment, up a small flight of steps, it had quality fixtures & fittings which overlooked the Main Street. All staff we encountered from front of house to the lovely cleaning staff were friendly & professional. Friends of ours had organised champagne, beer, a cheese board AND a chocolate board with lovely fresh fruit. The chocolates & biscuits were hand crafted by Judy & tasted amazing! It was a lovely addition to our fantastic holiday. A holiday to remember indeed!

happy with everything - no complaints from us!

I'm a local but live out of town and I've always wanted to see what the Cobb & Co was like to stay in. My partner organised a weekend in Mudgee and we were lucky to to get this room as it was literally the only room available on booking.com and Airbnb. It didn't disappoint. We got a disabled room but that meant that the room was huge and comfortable. It's on the bottom floor which is handy for access and despite the restaurant being right outside, it's exceptionally quiet. The complimentary handmade biscuits and chocolates were absolutely delicious and the staff were lovely. The little touches to make the room more luxurious with the dressing gowns and slippers were a nice addition.

I have no complaints.

Location was perfect, easy walk to everything, Hotel was just stunning, old world charm,loved it, check in lady was fantastic, friendly and super nice, made you feel very welcoming and inviting, will defintally stay again.

Hot chocolate or Chai Late in coffee selection, but no a biggie, I just walked to wollies and go some saches.
