Motel is an older one but it's extremely clean and that's the main thing. It's had a fridge toaster jug microwave and a few plates cups spoons. Our room was roomy enough front and back entrance to room off street parking. Reception lady was very polite. Price was great. All in all I recommend staying here. Supermarket close by. Room air conditioned.

Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable and the staff/management are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of plates, cups and cutlery along with a microwave for anyone who wants to bring food takeaway etc. to eat in the room.

Only minor negatives are the shower heads are very low (3 of the 4 people in our group are 6 foot and taller) but the water pressure was good. Also the parking lot is quite steep and was a little awkward for us but only because we were travelling on motorcycles, would unlikely be an issue for those in cars.

Location and was close to family.

The parking spots are not allocated to the rooms. When we got back to our room on Saturday night there wasn’t any parking spots available. My daughter has severe intellectual disabilities and she had many seizures during the day. I double parked the car near the 3 steps to get her into the room, and just had to hope she didn’t open the door and wander away while I moved the car up the street. I noticed there was a motor home and someone’s box trailer taking up valuable guest parking. I will check in the future to ensure I will be guaranteed a parking space before I’d make another booking.

Great room, fair price.

Being a larger person it was hard to go toilet as it's such a small space, only big issue I found. Would be great to have a room option for 2 adults and 3 kids also. The tree out the back was a pain also as you would get so much debris from the tree which caused like a tree sap issue for your windscreen.

The room was clean as ever and very spacious. Staff here are always friendly an accommodating. Loved the mountain view from my room, it was spectacular. Parking is easy in the back car park or in front of the units.

Nothing. This is a top little economy motel that is clean, well located and has every convenience. A real old school family motel, with prices to match. I love it here.

Some of the other guests were a little loud this visit. A family didn't seem to care when outside your doors or balcony being loud early in the morning. I still enjoyed my stay and will book again here.

The room was a very nice size for the price I paid. However, the decor, flooring and facilities in the bathroom are need of an up grade/modernising to bring into the 21 Century. Also the walls in the kitchenette, 'wooden pine stained panels are very 1960's. The room was clean and tidy.

In general, the location was the most disappointing. The local 'lads' use the round about as a launching area for their noisy cars up and down the hill to cruise the main street. This continues late into the night and is not conducive for good sleeping conditions.

Place had everything we needed for our stay. Nice clean room with microeave and a fridge, clean bathroom and a beautiful view. The back garden was so lovely with lots of flowers and facility to use a BBQ. The owners of the place were super friendly. We would definitely like to stay there again.

I liked the quietness of the room, the location and the views and and the room service that was provided. I also received an upgrade for the same price.

If I really had to pick on something it was a very outdated looking motel from thr outside, however the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return and stay here again.

A large comfortable room with a view of Mt Warning and fairly easy access to our parked car. The room was clean and well equipped and whilst it showed its age it was more than acceptable. The motel location was perfect for us with an easy walk into town, cafes and pubs. More than happy to stay over again.
