When we arrived the staff were friendly and when we had a small problem, they helped us straight away even though the office had closed for the afternoon. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was good apart from the fact that we had to upgrade due to no inside toilet (not stated on booking form)

When booking a room, facilities stated toilet, bathroom, kitchen etc but when phoning a couple of days before the receptionist advised that the toilet was outside the unit. I would not have booked if this was stated on the booking site at Booking.com. To upgrade to a villa with an inside toilet cost an extra $35 per night which we were very disappointed at having to pay this extra amount especially as we are pensioners and budget the money for our holidays very carefully.

Room was super clean and our ensuite even though it was quite old and dated, it was very clean. Basic facilities in room , hot plate and pots and pans. Enough for us to make a breakfast and head out for the day. We would head out all day and only really used the cabin to sleep in so the small size was not an issue for the 2 of us. There was a pool that appeared clean but we didn't use as it was winter anyway. The ensuite is outside the cabin just a few steps away which was not an issue for us. This park served our purpose of affordable accomodation to sleep in while we boated on the river every day all day. Recommended

The location is not great, only servos and a small supermarket and I think a pizza place open at night within walking distance. If you didn't drive to this park I think you would struggle. Although I did see bus stops outside on the street. We walked to the servo to get an ice cream one night and it felt like a sketchy neighbourhood with the people hanging on the street corners and screaming down the street. But during the day it seemed fine.

It was away from all those big hi-rise apartments and we could park our car undercover next to our cabin and unload without the need to bring things up from a hi-rise basement car park via elevator.

We were blown away by the noise of jets taking off and landing however we got accustomed to it and it was interesting watching them on their approach to land. We felt sad for some folk staying there especially during these bad thunderstorms. Storms rocked our cabin and certainly would have caused leaky tents and campers.

The staff were very accommodating, just a brief stop over on our way to our special family Queensland holiday accommodating quiet a number of us 😂and when I mentioned we had extra cars and camper van to accommodate, the beautiful hostess suggested a very reasonably priced upgrade to their new cabins with more car spaces , honestly can’t be more happy with our overall experience , new cabins were perfect , staff were absolutely lovely , and even though a brief visit we still got to enjoy the early morning beautiful bird feeding experience with the family at no cost, 🥰 thankyou x x 💜💜💜💜

Clean , modern, lovely staff/hosts

Clean and comfortable unit, however I wasn't expecting an outside bathroom from the description on Booking.com

The TV was in an awkward position especially if watching in bed. Very noisy with aircraft flying directly over the park. We also had not been informed the office would be closed for a meeting. When we arrived, there was a notice on the door. I checked booking.com no message from the property, no email either so I ended up ringing the lady came out and was very helpful. We did not have a code for getting our key out.

The location it was super close to the airport which helped us out a lot because we are always late to things the cabin was real cute to kids loved the bunk beds

Everything was great but The bathroom was outside of the cabin 😂 it was our first time to Australia so it was a little nerve racking going out to the bathroom during the night 😂😂😂 I can say we didn’t come across any snakes or spiders tho

Very clean, neat unit with everything we needed for a short stay. Comfy bed. Quiet. Communication with managers was really good. Great value for great location, very close to Kirra, where I needed to go early in the morning. I would stay here again.

A couple of planes went over but was still early in the evening, so not a big deal. A few people around the place smoking outside. Given the units are quiet close to each other the smoke was a bit inconvenient.

we were upgraded to a front two bedroom at no charge which was very comfortable and location was great for our weekend stay as we didnt stay in the park to use facilities. was mostly a place to rest and sleep. Main beds very comfortable and aircon /heat was fantastic.

no internet not pet friendly in the overnight vans which was sad considering residents could have their pets and there is a dedicated dog yard.

This property had it all! We had a large family group for Christmas🎄. Plans of a Beach picnic was dampened by rain. No Problem at all, as we headed back to the park and used the communal kitchen. Just fabulous :)

Honestly, NOTHING. It is a fabulous place.💕 Would love a mat for coming back into my cabin after the rain so I don’t wet the floor; but was able to use my bathmat👌

ummm... nothing at this end, transport and services from the concert end let a lot to be desired, Peoples choice/Heritage Bank stadium access and services are deplorable for those who have no local place knowledge.
