BreakFree was like a refuge upon arrival!!! I absolutely loved the place. I had a one bedroom apartment with a queen sized bed. Great value for money. The room was spotless. The shower/bathroom was immaculate. There was a few spots of black mould in the grout between the tiles, but this happens with all bathrooms. The shower head was difficult to turn off properly so I had to place this on the floor of the shower recess.The kitchen was well equipped with everything one could need. There was a microwave and a stove!!! My bed was suprisingly conformable!!! The sheets felt lovely and clean and fresh. Unfortunately we arrived later than expected so my daughter didn't get to spend much time in the pool, but...the pool was beautifully maintained and well fenced. I loved the water fountain near the pool. I was told breakfast was $25 per head but I was sure I had seen it advertised for $19 per head. The location was central to everything, and the whole place was lovely and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer and this place will be my "go to" should I need to stay in Queanbeyan again. The only thing I could suggest would be to have maybe a shop on site where people can purchase non perishable items of convenience.

a few next door has weird people staying there and they all are drunk and taking very loud from midday till late night . they look very janky . one of them was trying to approach us so we ignored her . anyway we had a kid with us and the situation was not comfortable to us at all….

Room spacious. Shower was great Bed really comfortable.

Bed really comfortable but pillows not at all. Additional pillows and blanket would have been good as I don't like to use air-conditioning. Information regarding restaurants close by would have been useful. Staff unable to assist. This information would be useful in the room as the restaurant on site not open. So this needs to be included on booking website

Staff very nice and great location

Our dishes/cutlery were dirty. Called earlier in the day and asked if we could add a second bed as we had an extra traveller once we got to the reception they had no idea what I was talking about as nothing had been changed and no notes added. So no bed was added - however the sofa did pull out as a bed and was already made

Great location - can walk to restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Quiet area with hardly any traffic noise.

Low water pressure in the shower. Had to fiddle with the water to get acceptable water temperature - went from boiling hot to cold. Took about 5 minutes to get it right. No toaster or microwave - was aware of this from previous comments.

Just needed a bed for the night. Breakfree is central to everything in Queanbeyan, in a nice quiet location, comfortable beds and extremely clean, serviced by super friendly and welcoming people who I presume are the owners. Continental breakfast was adequate, a freshly made expresso coffee was available. Didn't use the pool but as pool owners, we noted that the pool was absolutely in top condition. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very quite location. Great for family trip with shops around the hotel and local park was fun for the kids. Room service daily. Value for money.

The bedding was a bit too soft. The fences along each level outside the rooms were quite low, may cause potential falling hazards for children.

spaces about right for short term, quite clean, plenty of pillows and towels, two beds in two separate rooms, two tv, two split air con, conveniently parking right in front . staff let us stay behind complementary for an extra hour before our next appointment instead of normal 10 o’clock check out after asking them nicely and after they checked it on their system

Convenience… close to shops. Comfortable room

Pool was slippery, didn’t feel clean. We were in a room at the entrance and there was a lot of traffic in and out. Plenty of other rooms were available. Roosters in the house behind that were awake before the sun

Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Lovely spacious room for family of 4. Kids had their own seperate room with a TV. Close to supermarkets and CBD. Plenty of easy parking. Secure open feel.

Shower flooded the floor in bathroom from out the corner of shower. No hair dryer. Single leaf toilet tissues a bit dated & flimsy. Products nice though.
