The value for the location was exceptional. The situation of the motel is brilliant: the leafy and quiet suburb was wonderful. The room itself, though a little outdated, was comfortable and maintained to an above acceptable standard. the proprietors/staff were friendly, approachable and always smiling. Due to airline delay we were 2 hours late, but the proprietor was waiting, well after the office closed, to meet us and check us in.

The room was a little outdated, but considering the value and closeness to the city this was not a real issue! The car parks are a little narrow, when three, or more, larger vehicles are parked together, again not a real issue as there are plenty of spaces.

The decor is a little outdated but was very clean and comfortable. Good location to facilities in the town and only a very short drive to the where the elected liars of Australia are in the capital when they vote for a pay rise if that is what you want to see

The location was fantastic and the bed was amazing. Large and very comfortable.

We thought that it was going to have more of a retro vibe but it didn't matter.

Great location, very clean room, well presented and it had everything I needed. Right near everything you need like shops, food, main street.

Older style room and furniture etc. Right near lights, so traffic noise was quite loud at times.

was pleasantly surprised when booked in that my queen size bed as advertised was actually a king. plenty of room excellent for a stop over to rest on your travels

the parking was very tight, and the back car park just fit (with millimeters to spare) my Subaru outback down the access way between the buildings.

I asked for downstairs due to mobility issues and was vert satisfied. The room was clean and well aired. It was quiet and we were well looked after. A small jug for the microwave and two coffee mugs would have been helpful when DIY out breakfast. My compliments to the owners and staff. I will use Olympia again when going to Canberra.

Great central location. Being opposite the pools was great and we rarely used the car. Staff very helpful and rooms clean and comfortable.

Only thing I didn't like was getting the temperature in the shower right, you think yep that's perfect then its either boiling hot or went cold.

Great location. Close to supermarkets, a few restaurants and a park. Price was right. I was worried after reading some of the reviews but we found it to be clean and saw other families arrive also.

The bathroom was outdated but still clean and functional.
