Great location and river views. Easy walk to shops. Lovely walkway in front. Original cottages that are nicely renovated, whilst maintaining their character. Well done to owners. Comfortable with adequate household items. Great parking next to cottage. Plenty of garden space. Jetty for fishing was great. Pet friendly Clean and tidy. Three bedrooms with enough holiday space. Nice balcony and garden area. We were lucky that the people in the adjoining cottage were quiet. Would certainly book again. We had a great few days. Thank you

Could be warm in house in summer, as it has original windows some without screens ( so couldn’t keep open with mozzies)- would need to have bedroom doors open and use the one aircon. Bunk room has no window. ( simply because it adjoins the other cottage) Perhaps could do with more aircon. Remember to bring own towels

Our cottage was number 1. A heavenly view, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and lounge. The coils for mozzies were much appreciated!!!! A paved walk awaits outside your doorstep and runs along the river and I was sent a dress I left at the cottage the same day...thank you!

The shower had no boundary which meant water seeped onto the floor area. The dining table had damage to the top surface which looked unsightly and didn't match the rest of the cottage. Candles would have been helpful for outdoor dining.

The accommodation is simple but had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They are older houses but well equipped and furnished for a great getaway. Self catering was easy and there were BBQs outside we didn't get to use.

We were in a smaller house which wasn't a problem but if you were there with kids it might be a little cramped if the weather was bad. (One double bed in one room and a smaller separate bedroom with bunk beds.)

Beautiful location and extremely comfortable cottage with all that you could hope for in a holiday home. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the place was perfectly clean. Outdoor space was expansive and very comfortably furnished.

Only thing that wasn't ideal was the light in the living space wasn't working - but that was easily rectified by bringing one of the lamps from the bedroom in. Everything else was great.

Location was perfect. across from the water, close to the shops and very peaceful

I think the bed could do with an upgrade. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and had a sag in it. Other wise the room and sheets etc were lovely

We loved everything about the place. Though there are a few cottages on the property, privacy and space were never an issue. Situated on the river and great access to shops and restaurants/clubs. Short drive to Cudmirrah Beach. Friendly community. Awesome Pontoon Hire (Sussex Pontoon Hire: https://sussexinletpontoons.com.au/bookings/) just a 5 min walk away. Such a great place to getaway.

Location, size of property and plenty of space for our boat and a pontoon to tie it up to for the weekend. The cottage was very clean and tidy and has a nice outdoor deck and BBQ for guests that we moved to the deck for use.

I be liked that the property had water views. That it was on a walk/ cycle path . It was in walking distance to shops and restaurants, right next door to a brewery, within walking distance to boat hire

Very cute cottage in a great location (we stayed in cabin 5 and we could see some of the river from the front porch). Great size for the 3 of us and very good facilities. Comfortable lounges in the lounge room and all the kitchenware you could need. A nice big bathroom with a bathtub shower which was lovely. Good storage in the rooms to unpack for longer stays as well!

It was very cold at night in the house but that’s understandable as it’s an original cottage with not great insulation and it was the middle of winter. Completely manageable and was still wonderful accomodation but a warmer blanket wouldn’t go astray. Also, the double bed was quite firm after 5 nights. Would absolutely stay again though! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was lovely, directly in front of the waters. It was also tucked in laneway off main strip so close to all shops and facilities

the cottages are 'simple' builds so no sound proofing, hence you can hear your next door neighbours very clearly.
