I could barely fault it. It is an absolutely stunning property, the ambience was relaxing and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We loved our evening drinks on the rooftop, and how close it was to the local shops and beach. Daily breakfast was delicious. Staying mid week in winter meant the cost wasn’t as high, and the hotel was much quieter which we enjoyed.

If I had to be picky- I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable, and the sheets were bit course- for a premium hotel you would want these to be top notch. It would have also been great if the pools were heated a bit warmer in winter, or there was a hot tub. Other than that the place was delightful.

It just made us want to relax. We had good weather so spent a lot of time at the pool. Great that we could enjoy cocktails & snacks around the pool. Breakfast was great and room was excellent. We liked having the 2 armchairs to sit on rather than the end of the bed. Minor hiccup with our final bill which was easily sorted out without question. Two nights was not enough. The staff were excellent and very friendly which contributed to our enjoyment.

Nothing to dislike.

The complex is beautifully designed well maintained and sits discreetly inside the village. The rooms are large comfortable with huge functional bathrooms. The ambience in the dining area is very special. The coffee van is a gem Top sunroof is a bonus. Also close to ocean and other facilities make it almost like a little secret place...

This is my 4th visit to your fantastic hotel, however I would like to see a menu change or at least of wider choice. The food is excellent by the way.

Staff were very friendly especially the Rooftop crew, the checkin staff explained very comprehensively the relevant information. Tuesday's GM complimentary drinks at 4pm were a nice touch. Rooftop dinner & Breakfast were both enjoyable. As a car lover, I particularly appreciated the undercover parking.

I couldn't really fault any aspect of the property. Just keep doing what you are doing.

Beautiful decor, really comfy bed, rooftop pool was great and seating areas on rooftop too, clean, lots of greenery, tv in room has Netflix, tv swivels and moves if needed.

Balcony off room was tiny and chairs on it were uncomfortable - we only noticed this because we had a little bub to put to sleep every night meaning we were bound to our room more than usual - with it being one big room we had to resort to balcony to chat and watch tv!

We arrived early and were offered a glass of sparkling wine and use of the facilities whilst we waited for our room. Room was comfortable and spacious. I had booked dinner for a group and needed to downsize. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

The hotel, whilst lovely, is in need of some renovation/ TLC. The tiles at the base of our shower (Room 112) were cracked. The circular mirror in the room starting to "desilver". Rust starting to appear on fittings etc.

Great vibe. Staff all excellent. Food very good. Very design led without compromise on comfort. Location just a 5 or 6 min walk to the most beautiful beach. Hotel has a treetop feeling with foliage everywhere you feel like you’re in the trees not near a road - very well done

The food at pavillions restaurant was excellent - so much so we booked for a second night. The treatments at the Day spa were wonderful .

I was surprised that the tariff did not automatically include breakfast which was an additional $30 pp

We had a large king size bedroom facing the trees at the rear of the hotel which was fantastic. Nice outlook without seeing any neighboring buildings. Dinner was great at the rooftop bar and grill. The included breakfast was also up on the rooftop which was a good way to start the day. Great coffee and selection of breakfast options. Will be more than happy to stay there again when in Mollymook.

Friendly and professional welcome, check in and check out. Nice entrance foyer. Coffee shop a bonus. Free parking.

Missed the old style buffet breakfast in the breakfast lounge. I understand the reasons for that. Perhaps one day.....!
