I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic. The accommodation itself is in a big building and the room I stayed in was extremely spacious. The hostel is very social and active with events and activities all day. It was great to meet people. The cleanliness was to a good standard. I would 100% stay here again.

Although the cleaning was to a good standard (Probably the best I've seen In the Hostel's I've been in so far) it was sometimes hit and miss, from my understanding there is a daily clean around midday but by the evening they're dirty again. There are signs saying to call reception if that's the case however could probably benefit from a second clean late afternoon.

Very close to train station, room very clean and friendly staff.

Mattress very thin foam/uncomfortable and there was NO mention of extra cost for Key access $20 per person on arrival!

Great hostel, clean, comfy and accommodating disparate being very busy. Super close to the station and bus stop! Lots of activities to join in on. Also a travel desk where you can ask questions and make plans.

cold showers for the first two nights and no signs or info to let us know why/when it would be fixed. kitchen area small for size of the place.

The bathrooms were really clean and there was a lot of space considering that is shared with everyone staying in the same floor. The kitchen was big and, despite all the people staying at the hostel, there was always space to prepare our meals. Plus, it has many fridges and cupboards to store your goods. I also got wine and cheese for free one night, which was nice! Location is really good, around 20 mins walk from CBD, next to China Town so there’s plenty of tasty and cheap restaurants.

I have dust mite allergy and the bed linen really gave me a hard time every night. We stayed in a 3-people room with a bank bed that had a double bed and a single bed on top — the could have been bigger considering there were 3 of us in there + luggage for 3 people.

Location is good, they have good policies for comfort, security etc. Room was so airy and fresh.

*during my check in they asked me to fill a form. It would be good if I had received the form before I arrived for saving time. Because of this form it take a bit longer to check in and there was a queue I had to wait. *Some Blinds were damaged in the room205. So, just where I slept , sun was shining. *On the beds there are electric plugs, it should be with type C , USB and multi socket for foreigners and light with a dimmer . *WC s should be periodically checked 24/7 . However, I didn’t see big mess.

Really comfortable beds! Slept way better here than I have at a lot of hotels. First time staying at a hostel so I was a bit worried about the noise but everyone was super respectful and it was really quiet! Everyone has their own cabinet, you can bring a lock for it if you want.

No complaints really. Light in the bathroom is automatic and goes out if it doesn't detect movement for a longer period of time. Wish someone told me that before I went to take a shower the first time, but the others who were taking a shower at the same time were prepared with their phone flashlights.

Looked newly renovated, modern & spotlessly clean. Clean, comfy beds. Plenty of toilets & showers in sharers bathrooms. Having a shelf inside the shower cubicles to put all your clothes & toiletries was fantastic! Lanyard with QR Code card key was great for overall security & made it very easy not to lose!Great kitchen / dining area with all mod cons.

Only one VERY minor thing in private rooms. A small bedside table over or near the bedside power point would come in very handy, as a place to put your glasses & so that you don’t have to put your devices on the floor to charge them. The desk opposite the bunk beds was very handy for packing/unpacking one’s bags but a little too far away from the power point to use for charging devices & too big to place directly next to the bed.

The location is perfect as it is literally across from the Central Station making the rail from the airport almost like a private shuttle. It is also next to a variety of interesting neighborhoods, good cafes, bars and restaurants. I also liked that there were plenty of comfortable showers, hair dryers and amenities.

I have been backpacking for 30 years around the world and I very rarely feel unwelcomed in a hostel. This one made me feel a bit out of place and pretty much a bother to the staff. "Bother" being asking where to go for a nice, early evening beer. This is part of the reason I love staying in hostels, because recommendations are usually more personal. I mean, this is a party hostel and I knew what I signed up for. All in all it was practical and I slept well. I will add that the private room I stayed in was pretty dreary. No creativity has gone into making the room chipper, it is just cheap.
