Location excellent. The breakfast was great. Brewery very nice and I'll recommend the pizzas

The housekeeping staff needs a checklist. There were missing stuff EVERY day. They'll take all the facecloths (2 days in a row) and leave none. Take all the soap and leave none (also on 2 days), no milk left. Towels are really old, worn and thin. We would have 1 big nearly fluffy one each day and 1 smaller thin one you can nearly see through! There's 2 of us in the room....who gets the big one? On weekends the service of the rooms come VERY late at a time when you wish to enjoy your room before going out for the evening - we had the please clean the room sign up all morning! Tea and coffee room supply VERY basic - less than I expected.

The hotel was of a classy presentation, lovely foyer with underground water display. The rooms were lovely, clean, well-presented, had a couch, coffee table, well-stocked fridge, lots of power points and fresh, modern bathroom. Room service and reception were polite and prompt and helpful. We loved the roll-down blockout blinds which were 100% effective. Everything was great.

My only comments would be that a coffee pod machine would have been lovely. Also that perhaps double-glazing on the windows would be helpful in blocking out noise from cars. Otherwise, no complaints.

bed was comfortable, good location near central station, convenience and grocery store.

Would have rated it higher if had a good experience at restaurant on the hotel (Manna loft) when our group had dinner. We ordered same menu and we both received different portion of meat, the lady said it was based on weight of the meat but it didn't look that was the case. The menu would state there was carrots but there were some ingredients not on the plating. The server didn't bother at all.

The room was very comfortable, especially for its price. The staff were very friendly, professional and able to accommodate my every request with room service, laundry, housekeeping, etc. Awesome location too, especially coming from the airport.

The on-site gym could be better, even with just a couple of basic machines (treadmills were great, though!). Laundry service on Sundays would be incredibly useful, especially for weekend travellers. I wished housekeeping were a little more punctual sometimes, as I left the hotel for a few hours with the sign on the door to make the room up, and came back with it still not done. When I made the effort to ask reception to ask housekeeping to do it while I was out one day, I came back and they were still in the middle of turning my room over (they still did a great job, though). I would add more to the Foxtel options than just Fox, Fox Sports and Sky News - maybe more entertainment channels like Arena, etc.

Very central location, I was able to park my car right outside the hotel while I checked in. I was then able to drive down into the carpark and find a space without issue. There was ample space in the carpark (not cramped). The facilities are great. I used the pool, sauna and hot tub! There are 4 lifts so there is not much issue during peak usage. The buffet breakfast was great too.

I had to ask for the room to be serviced when it should be done automatically, especially if I am staying for three nights. Pool/hot tub should be open much later and towels should be available on that floor without going down to reception.

The location to Central train station makes it easy to get around Sydney. The staff at the hotel were friendly. The room was larger than expected, though a bit tired and might need sprucing up in the near future. The bed was so comfortable and soft. Housekeeping was hit and miss, depending on who was cleaning the room. The room was mostly quiet, with some street noise now and then. Mostly a comfortable stay.

The room needs some updates to freshen it up. The air-conditioning was loudish, but if you like white noise this won't bother you as you sleep. With the tea coffee situation, the fridge was iced over and the tiny milks weren't enough.

The room was quite spacious and had an awesome king-sized bed. Located in a good position near Central station. I also enjoyed the spa and sauna every evening. Wifi wasn't bad, able to watch Netflix at ease. Also was able to easily hook my Amazon FireTV HDMI stick into the TV easily. There was a small safe in the room, which fit all my valuables easily. They also gave me a few vouchers for the drinks in the brewery which was great!

Some days they forget to add tea and didn't do a good job of cleaning the room, nothing major though, overall not too bad

If you want a central location, then Rydges - close to Sydney's Central Station (Railway) - is hard to beat. I had asked for a quiet room and got one. The heavy blackout curtains also worked well against early morning sunlight.

Not much really. The location is central and there are plenty of takeaway shops, small restaurants, and convenience stores around. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking but I probably could received a firmer one if I had asked for one. I was only staying one night, so it didn't seem worth the trouble asking for one.
