Great location nice and clean and well appointed

Was told that I had to ensure the extraction fan was on when using the bathroom otherwise the smoke detector located ….IN THE BATHROOM !!!! May be triggered by the steam, resulting in a ‘false alarm’ call out by the fire brigade! If this happened I would have to pay a fine of $1,700. That is beyond the pale!! Try this and fair trading will deal with you!! SUGGESTION. Place the smoke detector in the room not the bathroom, and automatically link the extraction fan to the light switch. Pretty easy !!!

This place is like a big house with many rooms and a communal kitchen and loungeroom with TV. It looked really new so must have had a complete makeover. The room was very small but had a fridge, tv and ensuite, and an open cupboard to hang your clothes. I found the bed very comfortable and the shower was great with lovely smelling shower gel. It is a short walk to the Kirribilli shops. Great for a short stay. I thought it was great value for money.

The location was excellent. Five to ten minutes walk from the ferry and the same to Kirribilli Village and Milson's Point. The area is beautiful and very quiet. Tina ,the manager, met us and showed us to our room and explained about everything. The room was well stocked with supplies. The ensuite was very large. There are key codes for the rooms saving the need to carry a key. It was good value for the cost and has been renovated recently. Perfect location for the NYE fireworks.

I was very happy with our stay. I had read previous reviews which were poor, although they were old ones.

Great location, close to the train station and ferry, and also to the access to the Harbour Bridge. Very quiet neighborhood. lots of cafes around. Room is quite a good size for two people. Easy late check-in even though we arrived late night.

Hot water in the shower is not stable. Also, we had to start the hot water in the shower first to get it in the tap.

We had a King room with ensuite. It was big, clean and very comfortable. Newly renovated. Communal kitchen was available for cooking if required. All newly renovated too.

Would like to have a cup or mug for tea/coffee rather than the paper cups they supplied. Although they did offer mugs in the communal kitchen.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! The best in the southern hemisphere!!! Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, very comfortable room with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay, and a beautiful neighbourhood and surrounds. I have been recommending the accommodation here to all of my friends. The price was the first thing that drew me to this location, but my expectations were far exceeded. From now on when I come to Sydney, this is where I will stay. The owner was very accommodating to me when I wanted to extend my stay, not once but twice during my visit. Initially booked for 2 nights, but extended to 5. Options to pay by card or cash. Well equipped coffee station in the room, with options for tea and coffee and milk provided in the mini-fridge. There was a desk and comfortable chair which I utilised being an entrepreneur, musician and writer. The bathroom had towels and basic toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, body wash etc.). The bed was supremely comfortable with high quality pillows and linens. For extra comfort in the room there is a flatscreen TV with access to local network stations. Downstairs there is a communal lounge area, communal kitchen and an on-site coin operated laundry. On days when it was too hot, I spent time in the covered courtyard, which I noted had a full sized bbq. I can't wait till my next visit!

Excellent location. Clean and secure rooms. Large bathroom. Friendly and helpful team.

This is no fault to management however the noise from other guests. Bathroom usage could be heard. Guests coming and going late banging the front door prevented sleep.

I came to Sydney because I had some unfinished business to take care of, however I was unlucky because I got COVID and I was there during my quarantine. Despite everything, I was very lucky because the owner TIna helped me for 7 days with all the topics like food and market. The room met expectations and the location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to catch the train. Highly recommended.

Everything was good, I have no complaints about anything.

The location was excellent, very close to a main strip of shops and close to the Harbour Bridge as well as Luna Park. Staff were very quick in answering their text messages and providing an enjoyable stay. Facilities such as the bed was comfy and very spacious.

More towels being provided in the bathroom.

it was clean and the bed mattress was actually really good, only thing was the parking situation outside the building, the lodge doesn’t offer parking and parking on street is only possible on weekends if you lucky. I liked everything else about the place. towels shampoo and tea coffee provided
