Location is perfect. Great transportation network close to the hotel. Just a 1 hour walk to Circular Quay. 20 minutes to start the walk over Sydney Harbour Bridge. Hotel has great room service, so I could dine in the comfort of my own room. The view from my hotel was as advertised. A great view of the city.

The gym had water damage and was out of commission so I didn't get a chance to use it. There was some drilling and banging taking place intermittently on three days while I was there. Very disturbing although to be fair, the work commenced after 9am on two of the days. There proximity to the North Sydney Station meant that there was a constant rumble.. although I got used to this after a few days.

The name says it all, views of the harbour are gorgeous. Location on top of north Sydney train station, so easy to get into the city.

The rumbling of the trains throughout the building, wakes you up 😆 nothing to be done about that though.

Comfy beds, cleanliness and location. Buffet Breaky was fabulous ! Of and that view ❤️

Road work noise til 3am could be heard from the 14th floor! Not normally an issue about floor 7 but this time it drove me crazy trying to sleep through the drilling !

Nice location closer to North Sydney station, quick access to Opera house and attractions in / around Circular Quay, those who like walking can walk and reach Harbour bridge easily, room with view to Harbour bridge, good restaurant, very friendly staff - special mention to those at restaurant

Power sockets in the room near bedside table not reachable easily. Either the sockets should be fixed above bed side table or every room should be given an extension chord. Also they charged AUD 50 as some refundable security deposit, first time I came across such charge in Hotels. They have credit card details anyway so no need for charging that AUD 50. Expresso coffee machine was not working

Phenomenal view and great location just a few steps from the North Sydney train station and away from the hustle bustle of the CBD. also easy to walk down to the Milson’s point ferry stop and close to shops and cafes. Also has a nice bar and restaurant. Highly recommend it!

There was construction going on so no parking but it didn’t bother us as we didn’t have a car but one night and we’re able to find street parking.

Location to train & view was excellent. Level 11 was incredible. Staff friendly and informative. Bed very comfortable and nice linen. Room perfect for just sleeping and freshening up. Lovely large balloon type pillows for sitting on bed. (not great for sleeping).

The parking was expensive at $40 per night X3. But expect that in Sydney. Bathroom very small, only 1 person able to get ready at a time. (Also large clear window been toilet and bed - Literally Loo with a view) Does have a pull down blind though. Discovered larger full length mirror inside cupboard second night and also smaller pillows on morning of departure. (No fault of hotel) I should have been more inquisitive). Noise from train station but no biggy. View and location out weigh any negatives.

Location was perfect.. a quick stop on the train to central Sydney which cost a couple of £’s but staying North cost half the price of Sydney hotels. Hotel was basic but had everything you needed for a week or more.. if you get a room with a view of the bridge.. it’s breathtaking!!

Not the hotels fault but we ordered a taxi through reception who quoted a price, but at the end of the journey which was really good trip no holdups or re route the taxi charged us an extra 50% .. $141 rather than the $90 ish we were quoted.. suggest book your own or Uber..

Views of the harbour bridge breakfast has a lot of choice

not so sound proof rooms, bathroom with the see through glass that you can watch someone go about their business if the blinds are not closed

Right from the get-go, the service was absolutely outstanding. Not only the front desk made the whole check in process easy as a breeze, but there was a great surprise waiting for us in the room: A bottle of champagne, a box of chocolates and, best of all, a welcome card with our photo from the wedding ceremony that took place less than 24 hours prior! Such great customer service and attention to detail, especially when it's for such a significant occasion, make a world of difference and are second to none.

Nothing! Everything was perfect! I mean, the hotel still falls in the pricey end of the spectrum and I'd have to make an effort if I wanted to stay there more often, but it still is great value for the service, the facilities, and the view.

Stunning views. Possibly unbeatable Tbh. Really lives up to the name! Modern and updated - you wouldn't know it's an older building. Very comfortable room for quite affordable rate. Plush king bed with ample pillows.

We stayed Jan 1-2, so the car park, ramp and drop off area were totally closed for packing down the new year's eve party held in the car park (amazing harbour Bridge fireworks views). So it was a real pain bringing our luggage up. It is built over the train line. You can hear and feel the train ever so slightly, even from the higher floors. This could both light sleepers, however never woke me up. I mostly noticed it on waking.
