That’s staff were very welcoming and helpful, as soon as we got there a member of staff came out to welcome us and help bring all our luggage to the reception, we had fresh towels the next day without having to ask which is amazing

The only things we didn’t like was the lighting in the bathroom, being a girls lighting is essential especially when getting ready, couldn’t find any PowerPoints in the bathroom so we had to dry our hair on the table in front of the bed, we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the hot/cold air, weren’t even sure if it could even be turned of due to my friend having bad hayfeaver and sneezing/coughing she then realised there was dust on the air vents

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and we have stayed at plenty. Up until checkout, they would have received 10 stars!. Bed was extremely comfy, A/C worked amazingly and staff ensured our room was was cool whenever we came back if we forgot to switch thermostat back to cooler, bathroom was clean, stocked and had great water pressure, hot water with rain shower and handheld wand.

As we were checking out, we had to wait in their lobby area for about an hour and used the women's restroom, which smelled horrible, and trash trash was overflowing. Also a young lady at the desk supposedly called us a taxi but after waiting 20 minutes we asked the other gentleman and he said the process was never completed. He processed it, and the taxi supposedly showed but didn't wait long enough for us to get downstairs. On the 3rd time, they said it would be 4 minutes?? The taxi process took 40-50 minutes to get us in a taxi. Thankfully, we were not rushing nor running late

This is the second time in the last month or so that I have stayed here, and it is now my go to place in Sydney. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are fully professional, and engaging. The rooms are lovely and quiet, great facilities in the rooms. Walking distance to shops, supermarket and the North Sydney Railway station, so access to the rest of Sydney is at your doorstep. Will be my first preference everytime.

Parking is the only issue, but easily available if you are willing to pay. However, just a tip, parking Saturday evening through to Monday morning is free on the street, so I was there for the long weekend sir my car did not move until checkout Public Holiday Monday (Free)

Easy walk to the train station. Facilities are new, modern and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I love having a control panel to indicate 'no not disturb' or 'clean room'. I forgot my headphones in the room after checking out and staff were so helpful in helping me find it and mail it back to me. I didn't quite catch the name of the person at reception who helped me out, but shout out to both the staff at reception and Keila who found my headphones :)

Not a fan of doorless/ open shower as the water gets everywhere, but this seems to be the design of most modern bathrooms. Just had to use a towel near the doorway to keep water coming out

Location is great and convenient. Parking was free if you validated your ticket with reception on departure. Rooms were well soundproofed and curtains did an excellent job of keeping the light out. Housekeeping did a great job.

Needed to block the touch panel that controls the do-not-disturb sign, as it can't be turned off and emits a blue light that kept me awake on the first night of my stay. Service elevator needs signs saying not to use it, as it will let you enter without a correct access card, but not leave - forcing you to exit through the reception floor. Floor 6 needs better signage to find the amenities. The car park was a fair walk away from the hotel, difficult if you've got lots of luggage. No power outlets in the bathroom, so can't charge electric toothbrushes/flossers or use the hair dryer in front of the mirror without an extension cord. Shower does not have a lip, so water does leak from the bathroom into the main carpet when in use.

I booked this hotel based on price and proximity to the train station (so close, less than 5 mins), and was so happily surprised at how good it was. The hotel room was really nice and modern. It had such a comfortable bed, I slept like a log with the mattress and the block out curtains. The bathroom was very modern and a good size, great shower pressure. I saw reviews about the hotel rooms being small, but to me it seemed like a pretty standard hotel room size - like I wouldn't recommend trying to do cartwheels, but it was comfortable and easily fit two people and their suitcases. I was in a studio room on the 19th floor. Staff were very friendly on check-in/out. I didn't use any of the facilities, but saw there was laundry and a gym. The restaurant was under construction (Feb 2024).

Lighting!! The lighting throughout the hotel room was quite moody, which provides a nice setting until you have to get your face ready - I had a wedding and it was very difficult to do my make-up in the room due to low and lack of lights. This may seem like a small issue however the rooms would benefit from a small ring light bright bathroom light to assist with this. There's not a sufficient dip between the shower and the tiles, so the tiles/bathmat get very wet - just a little thing.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff were exceptional, contributing to a highly enjoyable experience. Furthermore, I would like to express my appreciation for the well-maintained facilities, which still possess a sense of freshness and newness. It was particularly delightful to have one of our rooms upgraded, adding to the overall pleasantness of our stay. Thank you for ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I encountered a slight disappointment as I discovered a used sanitary pad in the bin. This unexpected finding detracted from the initial impression of cleanliness and left me feeling somewhat dismayed.

Perfect location, quiet, clean, good size room for a single traveller or a couple, private (no need to go past reception every time you go in and out, but easy to find at the 5th floor if needed). Very convenient access to the train station, cafes, restaurants and shops (Coles, Aldi, TSG only a few meters away). On the last day my flight was at 8pm. I was given a late check out, baggage storage after that and I was offered the option to take a quick shower before heading to the airport, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable

A bit too dark in the bathroom

Great hotel, in a great location. Great Cafe close by for breakfast, nice pub next door that serves really nice food. East walk to train station for quick trip to city. Our room was a great size and had lovely views ( between buildings but still nice). Will definitely stay here again and check out some other local restaurants.

There was tea/coffee making facilities etc, but no milk...after our room was serviced, we were given fresh towels, (which was appreciated but unnecessary for a 2 nt stay), but the tea cups weren't cleaned, and tea not replenished? Small things, but unusual in a well known hotel chain.

The hotel was immaculate, clearly quite new, had a really cool sleek feel to it. The room was very modern, with a lovely big comfy bed & good shower, decent WIFI speed too. Wooden key cards & digital do not disturb panel added to the modern feel. Only a short walk to a couple of shops, & the Sydney North Train Station. Just be advised this is on the north shore of the Harbour over the bridge. There is no parking at the hotel, but adequate easily accessible car park 1 street over on Denison. During our stay there was no bar or restaurant available on site, as it hadn't been built yet. However there was no construction disturbance to ourselves.

The lighting in the room is very modern & ambient, however not overly conducive to getting ready, or using the mirrors for hair & make up etc. The kitchen could do with a couple of minor additions such as a tea towel/drying rack & some dish wash liquid, otherwise all very well equipped.
