The room we were given smelled of cigarettes but the reception staff were very nice and helpful in finding us a different room. Since this was obviously unexpected, the new room had two singles instead of a king size as requested but again the staff were so helpful and had it fixed for us by the time we got back that evening. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station. Good coffee wasn't hard to find as there is a cafe next door.

The beds were uncomfortable. They could have had a mattress topper, but since the room change was last minute and probably after hours, that might have been on us, which is understandable.

Great location for where I was going, however I had a couple of things that were a bit so-so. There is no signage along the street to the building - I drove around the block 3 times before I rang themand asked for directions on how to get into the reception and how to get into the car park. My friend was dropped off by a taxi after I had checked in and rang me from the footpath asking how to get into reception. The entry is beside/behind a coffee shop, and there is no way anyone would be able to find it without someone telling them. A bit of signage, even just saying Quest with an arrow would be a great help

The room was clean, well orientated and nicely decorated.

Bed was a little hard, could feel the lump between the two mattresses. Your website is lacking in information about the specific hotel. There is no mention of food availability etc. It's hard to navigate with the booking box taking a third of the screen, and moving with you as you try to read the details of what the actual premises of St Leonard's offers. It is not user friendly once you have booked and need information.

Very spacious modern flat in a new built neighborhood Beds were great, slept tight We checked in extra early and no issues, that was awesome

Nothing major but some little things are outdated: the stereo is not working, the lock on the bathroom door handle is broken and the pan is dead. The pool and the spa are freezing. I do not really understand the idea behind having a jacuzzi style tub with bubbles where the water is about to turn to ice. The gym is tiny and it could use some dumbbells. It's at full capacity with 2 people.

Perfect for access to Royal North Shore hospital and also short walk to St Leonard’s station. Close by supermarkets, excellent cafe downstairs, 100 metres to a brilliant pub and there are multiple restaurant nearby Kitchenette allows for in room catering , rooms are comfortable and well setup. Rates are excellent for Sydney and regular train services enable quick easy access to the city. Easily affords a functional economic holiday base.

Room was spacious, clean and relatively new. Location was slightly out from CBD but the St Leonard station was a short walk away for the hotel so it was convenient (15-20 minute train ride in to the CBD). The area was quiet so got really good sleep as well! Would recommend.

As mentioned the rooms appear recently renovated so there is a slight smell of paint but didn’t bother us too much just something to take a note of.

Location as my sister lives across the road and I was visiting her. Quietish so got a good sleep. Super close to St Leonards train station. Loved the nespresso machine!. Went to brunch downstars .. fabulous cafe. Travelling with my son and both our beds were comfy and the room was spacios.

the view from our room was very boring.. If I was staying longer that would have bothered me. The curtains in our room had come away form the rail on one edge so not able to fully close for darkness.

room was great, clean. although i didn't use them, the washing machine and dryer are a great addition. lovely bathroom.

-my milk was not replaced for my second night. -the guests next door always let their doors slam shut instead of closing them quietly. even late at night. vety inconsiderate. perhaps guests could be warned that the doors are heavy and neec to be closed carefully. you can but try.

Vey spacious and well equipped apartment, huge comfortable bed, airconditioned, big bathroom, extra towels provided, modern kitchen, washing machine plus dryer, ultra convenient location for transport, shops, cafes and restaurants, yet not noisy. Used nearby tennis courts several times. Would happily stay again (was there two weeks)

Nothing, it was ideal for our stay

The room was fabulous, very clean, everything I need for a quick stay. Beds and pillows super comfy, blackout blinds for good sleep. Loved the fully stocked kitchenette and luxe bathroom/shower. Small room but perfectly fine for a short stay. Gym and pool .Very close to Royal North Shore Hospital and train to city. Coffee shop/restaurant and Coles nearby was very helpful. Will definitely return.

Couldnt fault the hotel . All excellent. TV using Chromecast was a bit tricky but assistance was available.
