Loved the quiteness location and the pool the room size were great had everything in the room that we needed Fridge was billarant kept everything cool the pool was clean and well kept im not much of a swimer but after a hot day out it was refreshing to have somewhere just to jump in and cool down I did know that the rooms were older but thats why i choose the motel because i like the older larger style of motel I will be returning on my next trip to Sydney

Staff were friendly and efficient.. room was tidy and clean if a little aged, to be expected for 3 stars.. Great location, close to facilities and venues we had tickets booked for. The single bed my daughter slept on was comfy but the double bed was a little hard to sleep on.

The pool was closed for maintenance on what ended up being a beautiful warm day. No time frame just a note saying "closed for maintenance".

We arrived after hours and already pre-arranged check-in, the key was left in a secure location. Parking is a bit weird but easy accessible, the room was nice and open. We were going to Olympic Park, Lidcombe train station is only a 5 minute drive.

There was no cutlery and bowls. The beds weren't overly comfy but this is normal for a motel.

Single level motel with free parking outside our room. Room was very basic which was reflected in the price but was a good size. Motel is dated but bathroom had been renovated to a good standard. Although on a busy road the room was surprisingly quiet.

I left my own pillow in the room when we left and after a telephone call to the manager they assured me they would post me my pillow case (pay on delivery at PO) which is part of a set. One month later I am still waiting.

the location. Convenience. family friendly. comfy beds. great bathroom. big shower. plenty of storage. worth the money. easy to book. decor was nice. clean. easy to enter. warm. aircon worked well. great appliances.

the fact that someone had parked across our parking spot which we found inconvenient. Suggestion to number the parking lot allocated to the room number. An adjacent room had a squeaky shower which was annoying.!!

The staff member at check-in were very helpful and friendly. Overall the customer service was excellent. I asked them for a favour and they didn't ask anything and said yes. 5 star for that.

Everything was excellent, except the fire alarm which went off couple of times on its own.

Staff lovely. Air con good. Water pressure good. Plenty of parking space. Beds comfy.

Rooms are old and outdated. Power point was broken and unusable. Pool was cloudy/dirty. Couldnt adjust curtains for light and have privacy.

Location close to Olympic Park. Great parking and easy to get transport. Room was a good size for a family of 4

Room smelt like cigarette smoke. Mattress on queen bed was poor and linen sheet was thin. Washing hung over pool

Great easy location to get to, close to the train station, beautiful Korean people. Strathfield was a lot more tidier now than what I remeber as a kid.

Everything was good, it's all wee needed close to the city and somewhere to put your head.

.Excellent and profeesional staff. Great layout. Extremely great value for money....the best around.

Just a few things need updating.....air-conditioning, door locks, showers - hard to get good balance in water temperature. A lack of minibar. A lack of a restaurant on sites.....this would make it a 10 out of 10!!!
