Very clean. Easy access. Check in was easy and friendly. Modern facilities. Pretty soundproof. Bathroom clean, classy & modern.

Only minor , but small fridge could have been turned on prior to my checking in

Comfortable and clean with cooking facilities and a good-sized, fridge meant we could shop for basic groceries and food which kept the cost of the trip down. The location is fantastic close to bus stops and downhill walking distance to the CBD. There were lots of lime scooters available for rent to get us back up the hill to the apartment.

Some minor maintenance items would improve the rooms. The switches on the built-in bedside lamps were loose and somewhat dangerous, on one of the lamps the switch was jammed inside the cover so we couldn't use it. A very small shelf or bedside table would have also been nice to put phone/watch etc. More clothes hangers in the wardrobes.

Good location and right next to bus stops and light rail. Next to fast food restaurants. Comfy bed and good tv channels. Nice hot showers and shower and bathroom cleaned very regularly.

Bed was quite small. No soap or paper towels/hand dryer in the toilets. Very, Very loud at night, all night with constant traffic, single glazed windows made it so loud. Room needed a hoover and room was quite dusty.

It was nice and intimate and the room was perfect for me. And the location was perfect between the stadium and central station. I will definitely be staying here when I go to concerts at the stadiums for now on. And the place had nice interior design and the bed was nice and comfortable and I had a good sleep in my room when I got back.

I wish there was a complementary bar soap for the showers or a bar soap dispenser. And it was a shame that I didn’t get to try the menu because the kitchen was closed and I wish there was a safe place for me to put my room keys when I checked out maybe a little box for the keys. Sorry to be a bother but it would be nice for area for people check in.

Left early so no breakfast. Evening meal was good.. Room was quiet. Staff were excellent. Everything was very clean.

No mirror in the room.

Room was fairly spacious and clean. Bus stop right outside or Didi cost $22 to the city on average. Food menu looked well priced but we didn't eat there. Shared facilities were clean

The room could do with a mirror so you don't have to use the communal facilities all the time. The cleaning staff were knoking on doors before 10am on day of departure which could be heard by all rooms.

Neat and clean 3 bedroom house beside the hotel. Beds were comfy. Good location to visit city and plenty of food choices in nearby Burwood.

Noisy street, non stop car noises at night with occasional airplane/chopper flying pass. Would be good to upgrade to double glazing.

The property suited our needs perfectly. Very clean and tidy.

The only suggestion I have (and it is nitpicking), I would have aluminium strips or something down the side of the shower glass (I walked in to it) for visibility purposes. That's it.

Friendly staff , rooms comfortable, easy access to public transport

Communal showers was our only negative about our stay and we had a party of 7 staying for the Kiss Concert

Well... I thought the VIP room was for well... VIPs 🤣 It is but it's a gaming area. I should have asked however, I didn't wish to push the friendship so to speak as I'd already asked a bazillion questions.
