Beds were clean, staff were helpful and kind! We had an issue with the room and the staff immediately apologised and provided us a different room. They were very apologetic about the issue, we actually didn't mind too much, can't help what's out of your control! The ensuite was a good size and the beds were pretty comfy. Place was amazingly clean and beds were crisp! Little fridge in room and jug but no other cooking facilities that were private.

Open space downstairs for cooking. Showers didn't line up with edge. No elevator for people with heavy luggage. Nothing much to complain about otherwise. It seems as though it is under renovation so possibly good things to come!

The location is excellent with bus, light trail and train close by, so it's easy to pick direct routes to most center locations. The housekeeping being only on request made it more relaxed as well. The staff was helpful and the room spacious. 7 eleven was conveniently located right next door for easy breakfast and Opal card purchase/top up. With the Opal card week maximum, the transport costs were very affordable as well

The covers being sheet-blanket-sheet was very strange to us, but it seems to be the norm on this side of the world.

The room we used was on the corner. So we did not have to worry about noise to both neighbors. The room had a small balcony which was lovely. The common areas are very clean. We could heat up our own meals there. Being able to use the toaster was a great value.

To be honest, I was a little disappointed with the staff. When we arrived, the staff was not at the reception desk. We waited outside for a while, but there was no sign of the staff returning, and there was no response when we pressed the bell. After about 20 minutes passed, the staff came back to the reception. We told the staff that we had been waiting outside and staff said, "Please ring the bell." I replied, "I rang the bell." The staff said, "We can't come back here right away."

The service was outstanding. The reception guy was just wonderful. Cheerful, quick to arrive at the desk when you walk in, very helpful, kind, seemed caring. I also loved the old-fashioned provision of shampoo, soap, coffee, tea. I also appreciated there was a box of tissues in the room.

The fridge's freezer needs a defrost, guys! :) I confess, I don't understand why there was so many sheets on the bed, and that has me think of the cost of cleaning them all. It felt unnecessary. There was three or four sheets. The remote control seemed a little tricky. Might need a new battery. Regrettably, there's some kind of construction fencing out the front. It's an eyesore, but not a big deal in reality. I feel sorry for the premises though, as it caused me to drive past it first time. So, perhaps someone reading this might be guided by that--look for the fencing :). But, don't skip a stay here because of it because the service was terrific, and the room. It was a nice little haven.

Staff were amazing with helping us out with last minute changes (like room upgrade and changing who's checking in) and our room felt like our own bubble away from all the Sydney busy-ness

When booking, it was advertised that rooms are soundproof, however I could hear what was happening outside my room in the direction of the common area (and could also hear neighbouring room's morning alarm) so it was definitely not soundproof. However I still enjoyed my stay and know soundproof rooms is a hard ask (my disappointment was only because we picked this place based on the assumption it had soundproofing - for the bonus privacy)

A little out dated, but we knew this prior from reading the reviews. This does not deter from us highly recommending this property. Great value for money. Great location - only a few minutes walk to the Light Rail (costs a few bucks to get to Darling Harbour, China Town, Central etc). Friendly guy in reception (even though we arrived late). Super clean! Fabulous shower! We will definitely stay here again on our return to Sydney!

Nothing. It was all good.

After driving from Melb to Sydney we were exhausted but the Hotel was easy to find and access. Check was very fast and all the codes and cards worked well. The room was bigger than expected and the bed was extremely comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Although this Hotel has been well used everything works fine. The internal courtyard has a nice atmosphere. This Hotel is on one of the busiest roads in Sydney but I didn't notice any traffic noise in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

The chain on the back door was broken.

I booked here after having to leave another motel and the staff were incredibly helpful - they booked me in really quickly and ensured i knew where everything was. They also gave me a room further away from the main road which was great.

On the Friday evening, guests were very loud and smoking outside my room so that evening wasn't pleasant but everything else was great.

It was a very clean facility, with good beds and linens . The great feature for this facility is its location , it has secure parking off-street that is great for a city like Sydney. The room was clean & comfortable with a nice large shower etc . If you have a car this place is great it has easy access to the city or the western parts of Sydney and now easy access to the north connects tunnel etc , we found it extremely convenient and extended our stay a couple of times here!! Added bonus is the delightfully well lit sunken Lounge area which is fully covered for inclement weather and a great speace to either relax or meet new friend / fellow travelers !

Big room to sleep 5 which is what we needed. Cheap, well located generally in pretty good condition.

They had a communal dining area with cutlery, crockery and basic cooking facilities but the website didn't mention that it was a BYO DIY facility. We thought they had a kitchen and served breakfast but this was not the case, so we had to rush out to buy food, which we weren't with prepared for
