Easy to get to the city from the location, great restaurants close by and the beach within walking distance hotel was clean and comfortable. Good staff.

Only one fault and its not the hotels direct fault. The location is great but in that it's on the bus route and they run until 1am then start again at 3.30am so there is a high level of traffic moving through that area the hospital is very close so consequently ambulances and the medi Helicopter are also in the mix of a high level of noise.

Amazing view from the balcony, nice location, good shower. I enjoyed communication with the staff. She helped to remove smell in the bath and opportunity to decide if I wish to change the room, because of the smell.

There are few issues: insects on the walls (I know in Sydney it might be ok, but it is still disgusting), noisy door into the balcony (but I still prefer to live with this), small room (which I should say has been proposed to change) and dark interior.

Chantelle checked us in ...was so helpful with securing parking as I needed parking at the hotel as my mum was in a wheelchair . Chantelle called me after she left for the day to let me know she was standing in a car space that had become available out the back of the hotel. God bless her..she stood there whilst I ran to get my car a few streets away. I was so stressed as mum was going into the Prince of Wales for an operation the next day. Chantelle made it so much better. Thankyou:)

The room was on the ground floor which i needed but it was very cramped. Lack of parking was an issue at first but then resolved

Lovely stay near Coogee Beach in Sydney. Self check in is available outside of reception hours. Room was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in room was a bonus. Laundry room available too. Takes about 10-15mins to walk down to the beach where there are a host of cafes. Very short walk to the tram stop for a 30min tram into the city centre. Buses available too.

Reception hours are quite limited. After self check in we had to wait around in the morning to formally check in til 11am. We would rather have got going into the city earlier, but had to hang around otherwise our room key would have been deactivated. Given we only had to pay, and we'd already paid for the first night, not sure why we couldn't just have paid for the whole thing up front and not had to see someone.

Great location, pub next door for meals. The unit was small but clean and comfortable. Some mould in the shower that could be removed, but overall a good stay.

Staff on check-in didn’t advise of laundry and kitchen facilities, so it was difficult to find an iron when needed. Had to google it then search the whole hotel until we found it. Parking is difficult, but you can find a spot on the street out the front.

Central location for access to Coogee Beach, Randwick, shops and hospital (if needed). Tram stop 2 min walk with direct access to the city. Our destination was Moore Park and the trams to/from ran frequently. Would stay again.

Carparking is very limited. Given the location is close to Hospital, Randwick shops etc, on the street parking is limited and only one to two hours. Wilson Parking is a 5 min walk from the accommodation - $105 for 3 days and nights - given it's Sydney, it's probably cheap parking option.

Fantastic location, close to light rail and walking distance to the beach. The room was comfortable, nicely renovated and contained everything I needed to be comfortable for a short stay. Particularly impressed by the value for money and the super friendly staff!

Very little to complain about - the room was small but that's fine as it had everything I needed to be comfortable. There were just a few small dirty marks to the bathroom ceiling and the carpet in the corridors wasn't clean (sandy). But these are very minor issues given the price!

Truly friendly staff, lovely modern and comfortable rooms. Basic essentials, and they refilled the tea, coffee, and milk when cleaned the room if needed (I stayed for 3 weeks). The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from the tram and supermarkets/cafes/shops as well as 15 minutes from the beach. Perfect for solo travelling as i did, i felt very comfortable and safe here.

There was no safe in the room

Close to the tram only 20 minutes ride into the city. Great Cafes restaurants shops nearby. Room was comfortable clean. Loved our balcony and the beautiful Victorian building

The TV reception/options were poor. Not a smart tv. A microwave in the room would have been handy

the exceptional customer service, everything was set with late check in, close to shops and the hospital which is what we needed! I left my wall adaptor there when leaving and the team didn’t hesitate sending it via AUS post how awesome!!! I would definitely give 5 stars for the team.

The stairs aren’t child friendly or with a big pram. the cot was also broken so my son had to hop in my bed.
