Room clean, mattress a bit flat but ok, you can have a nice sleep, the sheets were soft and nice, location nice, the hotel style and the room beautiful and cosy, the plumbing system too ''aussie'', should be shower head with hose. Soap very neutral.

We didn't have much time to enjoy our stay, due the visit to Sydney was for medical purpose. We liked the hotel. We are disappointed because we didn't have any discount, even we left the room at midday. Our patient had been discharged earlier from the hospital than we had been told and we didn't spend the Friday night at the hotel. I understand you follow the booking rules, buy I believe sometimes it is best to be human and not always by the book.

Very impressed with the accommodation. Room was excellent,very comfortable bed,great decor. The bars and restaurants and bar staff were very good. Great location and will visit again. Really enjoyed my stay.

I thought check out time was 11am but was actually 10am. Housekeeping staff were banging on my door from 9.45am asking me to leave the room. Actually checked out abit late around 10.50am. Gentleman on reception made a point of telling me they would not charge me for the 45min late check out.

I liked the location. It was a 5 Minute bus ride or 20 min walk to Coogee Beach. I arrived at 10am from an international flight and they let me into the room shortly after which was fantastic. The single room is very tiny but you have everything you need: comfy bed, chair, place to put your bag, wardrobe and a good sized bathroom. Room was very clean although there were some stains on the cover. It was very quiet so you couldn’t hear the pub below. It had a good security system. Pub offered good food.

This accommodation somehow has an issue with booking.com. They only had me in for 1 night instead of 2. the payment method was unknown and had to be clarified. This is just as info: Reception is available from 9-16h. Then there is a manager on duty until 22h. Between 22h-9am nobody is available. Be aware to take your card The hotel is not into giving touristic advice.

Location was perfect as it was only 10 minutes from my daughter's unit. Room service was exceptional as I spent the mornings in my room and got to know your friendly room service team very well and they were always just so obliging.

I was in single Room 311 (an excellent room) and was always concerned about being able to exit my room between 10pm and 6am through the Hotel Lodge as the hotel exit was locked. In the event of a fire in the lodge, I was very concerned about how I would be able to get out of the complex.

The Hotel location was great to visit friends who lived nearby, and access to the nearby Lite rail to attend Randwick Race Day on Saturday and then access the city to view Vivid on Sunday. The room was comfortable and quiet given the noise that was generated from the bar and eatery downstairs

The fire alarm went off at 6.55 am on Monday and stayed on for quite sometime even though we had vacated the room. It took sometime for someone (?) to find the fault and advise us all was OK.

great location and the room and hotel looked like it had been given a refurb. it’s in a great location beside the tram and has a great bar underneath!! rooms are a good size and bathroom was clean with a good shower.

I was put down the very back of the hotel . it’s a bit like a rabbit warren. as a solo female it was a bit nerve inducing at night time. would be nicer to be close to the front. walls are a bit thin and people could be heard exercising through the walls.

Pleasant room in stunning Town house. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very quiet,especially as it was next to hotel courtyard, the courtyard closes at 10.00pm so no problem. The pub is very nice and the staff very friendly. The hotel location is lovely opposite a lovely little park, just at the end of the main shopping area of Randwick. The Light Rail is just across the street. Would definitely stay again.

Room was old but very comfortable. Dining room was great.Well be back in 2-3 moths for another stay. It’s ideal for us as we had appointments at the Prince of Wales Hospital .

Not being able to have breakfast there. My partner is 89 & has Macular degeneration so it would have been much easier to have breakfast at the hotel.

The staff were excellent! I was able to check in at 9am, largely due to availability of rooms and having just come from a 15 hour flight from San Francisco, an earlier check in was very much welcomed. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in terms of where I could get a UK to Australia plug, raincoat and flowers for my sister. The hotel is also in an excellent location with Coogee Beach a 15 minute walk away (yes I did do the Coogee to Bondi beach walk there and back in the rain) as well as Centennial parkrun on the Saturday. Just some things to note - the check in desk doesn't open until 9am and the downstairs opens up to a big bar for the local area on the Friday evening, this didn't stop me sleeping and I really appreciated the extra security of the door to the rooms in corrdidor where you needed your room key to open it. Overall a great hotel, friendly, helpful and excellent staff (Wellington you were superb!), I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, it was very easy to jump on the tram and head into the city or to the SCG for the footy. It is also great value for money considering the location, close to the shops, transport and a 10 minute walk down the road to get to the best beach in Sydney, Coogee. The pub downstairs too is nice and busy but you can always get a table and they do good food and drinks.

The room was a touch small but as I was on my own it did matter too much.
